We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Excellent location, easy walking to the restaurants and shops, with a great view of Lake Garda from our balcony. It was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Our hostess, Andrelina, was lovely - very communicative and greeted us upon arrival and departure.

The apartment location was ideal. The only consideration given the apartment is in a ZTL zone. Therefore, if you rent a car, you will have a 5-7 min walk to the private parking garage. We took day trips to Sirmione (20 min) and Verona (35 min) which were easy drives from Desenzano.

Beautiful stay at lake Garda!

Great location! Beautiful views of garda lake and in the middle of the center with all restaurants nearby. The apartment itself very nice and spacious with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets which is very convenient. Silva welcomed us warmly.

Could have been perfect had there been enough supply.

Size, convenience, location, view.

Internet failed three times, some with extended hours after electric outage probably due to the storm. Only one day worth of supply (laundry, dishwasher detergents; trash bags) despite 7-day stay.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect, close to everything (restaurants, shops, lake, ferry etc) and with a lovely view of the Lake. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Silvia and Kimberley were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any queries. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return again in the future.

We found the rubbish and recycling instructions a bit confusing and thought it would be helpful to have the appropriate coloured bags/containers to separate everything. Also, brief instructions for operating the dishwasher and washing machine would be helpful.

The apartment was specious, clean and we had everything we needed. The location is amazing and we had a view of the lake. The apartment was close to very nice restaurants and shops. Silvia was amazing she welcomed us and she was very friendly and helpful.

Just perfect!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment in Desanzano, right next to the lake and close to numerous bars and restaurants. Can recommend The Lemon Tree and Agorà Bar for delicious meals and Anima for relaxing afternoon drinks. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, with everything you could need for your stay. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat and aided a good night’s sleep. The hosts were attentive and helpful without being over-intrusive. Recommend 100%

Ideal location with views of the lake, very comfortable apartment!

The property did a great job sending email updates on our stay, and also connected me with our host Silvia. We would definitely stay again!! We can't say enough great things about Silvia!! She contacted us with WhatsApp and made sure to be there when we arrived to welcome us. She gave us a tour of the beautiful property, helped us with wifi and tourist info, and made us feel at home. It was a pleasant surprise to be given a bottle of wine, bottled water, coffee pods, and snacks on our arrival! The 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (the Garda Chiaretto) was perfect for our family and included our own private terrace, and stunning views of the lake! The kitchen had a fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and basic kitchen equipment. We did not realize that the unit included a washing machine. The location can't be beat-- just steps from many restaurants, the ferry terminal, pharmacy, and a short walk to the roman villa museum, castello, and all that Desenzano del Garda has to offer! Our security deposit was returned promptly after our stay.

Affordable luxury

We had a fantastic week in Desenzano. The apartment was across the road from Lake Garda. The old town was around the corner and it was only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The apartment was large, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Emanuele was very friendly, super responsive and always happy to help. He arranged transport to and from the airport and provided lots of useful local knowledge. There are many lovely and reasonably priced restaurants to choose from within a short walk of the apartment. I would highly recommend DesenzanoLoft to anyone considering a holiday on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda.

Recycling is difficult and confusing. You are supposed to separate rubbish into five separate piles, and these go out on different days for collection, but only a bottle and general waste bin is provided.

They scammed my deposit without proof

I feel scammed, this is the second time I've stayed at this place, this time I booked because I got married and I hosted my makeup artist and photographers there, on the day of the wedding we moved a piece of furniture to make the video and removed the red curtains for the video as well. The day after the wedding it was time to check out and we didn't have time to tidy up. It was literally just the movement of the furniture and putting the curtains back up, they didn't return our 150 euro deposit saying it was for cleaning and repairs, repair of what? I demanded photos and proof that it had been damaged and they were denied, the apartment wasn't left in bad condition or dirty, just the mess of getting ready for the wedding. I will not stay here again nor do I recommend it. I will do a story time on my social media.

A lovely place to stay made for a memorable visit

Stunning view across lake Garda in a town centre position very close to the ferry, restaurants and bus. The apartment worked very well for us for a five day stay and does include an outside seating area . The staff member looking after us could not have been more friendly or helpful .

For the youngest of the party the later evening noise from the restaurant tables at the front was a nuisance in the front bedroom but it did stop at 11pm. For a long stay the kitchen layout would be tricky to manage .

Relaxing stay in centrally located property. Felt looked after by staff.

We felt very relaxed knowing that Silvia was looking after us. She was very pro-active, friendly, and always responded promptly with good information. The location was great and central with restaurants and bars around. The boats were so easy to access. The property was modern and classic at the same time, and spacious for three people.

A bigger supermarket is a little far for walking.

Location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, centre, harbour and views of the lake. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Agent was helpful and allowed an extension to our check out which really helped

Wonderful Stay

The location of the property was perfect, with a lovely view of the lake and situated in the heart of Desenzano with restaurants and shops very close by. The beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with Luca and the Desenzano loft team was excellent and they were super responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. A special mention to Luca who met us at the property and also when we left, he was very friendly and helpful and a genuinely nice guy :) We would recommend a stay at this property to anyone thinking of staying here

Absolutely excellent apartment, in an excellent shape and location.

The property was very clean, I thought that it was renovated just before we used it, I think it is kept and looked after very well, the management company is doing great job, they left us some local wine (the palazzo use to belong to a wine maker family for over a 100 years, so they gave each apartment the name of a local wine, our was Chiaretto, a great rose wine). The company representative was very kind and helpful, all in all everything was great, we will come again to the same place and hopefully we will stay longer next time.

When I booked the documentation said that there were 5 beds - 1 double, one single room and i room with two single beds. This was not the case and it meant that we had to set up the bed settee every night and take it down every morning. This was extremely inconvenient and not what I had booked. The accommodation said it slept seven so we had not anticipated needing to use the lounge. I expected the description to be accurate as we had used booking.com
