Perfetto!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Apartment is very spacious and clean, has everything you can imagine. It is located in the private area directly by the lakeside, nearest beach is just across the road and city centre is 5 min walk. The owner, Chiara, is amazing, very helpful and responsive, both check-in and check-out without any issues. One of the best Booking stays we’ve ever had. 10/10

Fantastic right next to Lago Garda!

Communication with host was great and easy. Picking up keys without problem. Instructions were detailed and helpful.

Perfect place in Desenzano

Excellent apartment on the 4th floor, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the lake. Very close to the beach and the old town of Desenzano. There is a marina nearby where you can rent a boat to sail on the lake. Cafes are close by. Parking is available in a closed area. The hostess is wonderful and very communicative. There is a bus nearby if you don't have a car.

On very hot days, the air conditioner struggles to cool both rooms at the same time. But it works perfectly in separate rooms.

I liked the availability and the help and guidance received from the landlord. She was very polite and helped us a lot. The apartment was great, with all the necessary equipment needed. It was great.

Great location and beautiful apartment!

Very well located, right next to the beach and the city center, with a partial view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is recently renovated and equipped with everything you could need. It is located in a beautiful complex, in a quiet and clean block, and a great advantage is that you can park for free inside the complex. Chiara is very friendly and helps you with any information you need. We will definitely return to this apartment if we travel to this area again. Desenzano is a gorgeous town, very clean and well-kept, like all the others on the shores of Lake Garda. I highly recommend this apartment, as well as the entire area!

Everything we needed to self cater. Clean, cosy and peaceful. The host was so helpful with our trip and the accommodation. Perfect location to access Desenzano and further afield. I noticed in a previous review comments about the building opposite; it was an old, empty (protected) building that in its time has been beautiful. This did not concern us, much prefer this to a new modern busy hotel.

With two teenage girls the bunk bed was rather squeaky through night however there was a sofa bed in the living room which accommodated all our sleeping needs.

Fantastic Apartment! Clean, spacious and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chiara is so lovely and helpful and was contactable throughout our stay should we have needed anything - I wouldn't stay anywhere else if staying in the area! Private parking was a huge bonus .

Fantastic location, immaculate, superb host.

Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean and lovely and quiet in a secure gated area with everything we needed for our 7 night stay including a washing machine. It was in a great location, right opposite the Lake, no more than 50 yards. Short walk to the main restaurants, bars and shops, bus stops close by and Ferry port. Chiara was so friendly a truly wonderful host, who gave us great tips on local restaurants and went above and beyond when we left. I strongly recommended this apartment for anyone looking for a super base to explore beautiful Lake Garda.

Had a great time!

Owner of the property welcomed us outside the property and helped us to enter the building, which is very secured. There was enough parking space and best part is that its very safe. The apartment was big enough for 2 people and in perfect order. The kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment is beautifully furnished too with all desired amenities. Property is right opposite to the lakeside and next to a very good restaurant (Santa; I strongly recommend a visit there too). Center of the town was just 5-7min walk along the lake (and is very beautiful too) and so is the port (in case you wish to visit other villages along the Lake Garda by Ferry). We couldn't locate a supermarket near by but I am sure that there would be something. Last but not the least, owners (Chiara and her husband) were super nice and ensured that we had a memorable stay. We strongly recommend this apartment!

The location is excellent. Apartment is very clean and tidy, very close to the lake with the view from the balcony. All restaurants and cafes are in walk distance. Chiara is the best hostess - very nice and positive.

A very enjoyable stay

We had a great experience staying at Le Rive apartments at Desenzano. The apartment is very close to the lake side and the beaches, less than a minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants to eat nearby. We were with a baby, and we were kindly given a high chair, a baby bath and a cot. The apartments had a lift which was great as we had a pram. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very well equipped. We enjoyed our experience! And many thanks to an amazing host Chiara!

Beautiful apartment with lakeside view

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, just outside of the town so it is quiet however only a short 5 minute walk into the town centre. The beach and lakeside promenade is on the complex doorstep taking you to all the local restaurants and the ferry providing links to Sirmione and beyond. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and modern with all the facilities you need for a self catered holiday. We travelled with a baby and Chiara graciously supplied a travel cot, high chair and baby bath. The only thing better than the apartment is the host herself. Chiara could not have been more kind or helpful and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable and convenient. Thank you so much Chiara and family!

The communication and support of the host days before and during our stay was great. We stayed with 2 little kids, it was totally safe to let them play on the floor and running around in the apartment as everything was childproof and clean. The location was perfect to us. Walking distance to the lake, center, restaurants, ... It was a splendid stay at Le Rive!
