Everything is good!

However, the apartment is very spacious and a good choice for a big group. It has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.

In October, it was quite cold in the apartment because the heating system didn’t work. Beds were not comfortable. The apartment is located on a hill, so it was a bit difficult to get home. Since our stay was out of season, it was also hard to find a taxi.

Perfect!

A beautiful, spacious apartment a few minutes walk from the train station and around 10 mins from the centre of town. Desanzano has plenty of restaurants and there is a ferry port or boat hire to take you around the lake. Apartment was huge with plenty of space for our group of 7. Huge balcony with views across the lake. Kitchen had everything needed to cook which we did on a few nights. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill which is very reasonable. The owner was very responsive and helpful, especially when I need to get a doctor surgery for my daughter during the holiday - thank you!

Beautiful views and easy walk to downtown and lake. Great value.

Location and views! Owner greeted us with keys and was informative.

Bedroom and bathroom areas a little tight for 7 people. Small suggestion….stock up more on toiletries. We ran out and had to find a grocery store.

Great place for a large group to stay at a bit outside Desenzano.

Nice kitchen, spacious living room and dinning room, two huge terraces - once facing lake Garda with great view over the Sirmione & mountains in the distance. Free parking space available just before the premises.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, other than that - no complaints whatsoever.

Fabulous!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, is very spacious & the views are exceptional. We would have loved to have stayed longer.

Exceptional

The internal of the apartment is really wonderful. Big, clean with all the facilities in place. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. View of the lake from porch is great. Federico is very nice and hospitable. He welcomed us and answered all question. He was also available for questions during our stay.

The exterior view of the building is not the best one. It looks like some old sanatorium, from 70’s. Again, the internal is excellent.

Natale al lago

Appartamento per grandi famiglie o gruppi con 4 camere e 2 bagni , attrezzato con fasciatoio e seggiolone, ampie vetrate e balconi con vista lago. Ho apprezzato la presenza di sapone liquido nei bagni, ieri il detersivo x i piatti, le pastiglie della lavastoviglie ed il detersivo x la lavatrice. Materassi comodi e coperte a disposizione. Ringrazio Federico per averci accolto e consegnato l'appartamento già riscaldato mettendoci a disposizione 1 bottiglia di prosecco e 2 bottiglie di acqua.

L'unica cosa che ho trovato un pò scomodo sono le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento, anche se parzialmente si può salire con l'ascensore , che peró il 26.12 non era in funzione.

Loma oli onnistunut ja kaikki sujui asunnon omistajan kanssa hyvin.

Sijainti oli hyvä, sillä juna-asema sijaitsi lähellä asuntoa, noin 500 metrin päässä.Malpensan kentältä oli helppo saapua kohteeseen junalla. Keskustasta tultaessa suorinta reittiä mäki asunnolle on aika jyrkkä, mutta löysimme toisen väylän, joka oli helpompi kulkea. Asunnon omistaja oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias. Asunnossa oli järjestetty hienosti jätteiden kierrätys. Asunnosta löytyi paljon esitteitä ja karttoja, joista pystyi valitsemaan lomatekemistä oman mielenkiinnon mukaan. Asunto oli juuri sellainen kuin oli kerrottukin. Todella iso parveke, josta upeat näkymät järvelle.

Asunnossa kaikui aika paljon, joten isomman porukan ollessa kyseessä, äänet kantautuvat naapuriin helposti. Tekstiilejä lisäämällä ongelma poistuisi.
