Nice lake apartment

Excellent location and service from Sonia. She left us water a wine and some snacks. She then found out we were getting married and made us a gift. The apartment is super comfortable and worth the price. Recommend it 100%

The mattress and pillows could be a bit better. Besides that everything was perfect.

Cozy and Comfortable

It’s well-kept, new and the host is very helpful and friendly. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre or you can take a bus for €1 just next door from the property. You can do your laundry and there’s coffee, tea & a bottle of water & wine provided.

Loved it

This is a lovely little apartment and only 5 minutes from the train station. It was equipped with absolutely everything you would need and Sonia provided an excellent list of restaurants, transport links and the local supermarkets. And responded very quickly to any questions.

No attention to special request

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable bed.

Very disappointed with the lack of attention to my special request! What was the point of asking?! I informed the host of my severe allergy to any fragrant chemical goods, but my request was completely ignored! There had been air fresheners with a strong fragrance in the room when I arrived! I had to take it outside and spent a lot of time trying to air the property. As a result of it I got an allergic reaction which spoiled my holiday! I would never stay there again.

Lokalizacja blisko dworca. Do centrum Desenzano 15 min wolnym spacerkiem. Sonia to przemiła i pomocna osoba. Mieszkanie czyściutkie, zgodne z opisem. Nie było problemu z późniejszym wymeldowaniem. Polecam

整趟義大利旅行，住這裡最舒服！

飯店位置離車站近，行李不需要拉很遠。房間很溫馨，房內的設計也都很人性，有廚房、洗衣機、大陽台，浴室也很方便使用。抵達之前屋主就會友善的傳訊息，提供很多附近景點跟餐廳資訊，有問題也都很快的回訊息👍🏻😍真的要給屋主100分。

Schöne, moderne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung. Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Besonders schön sind die beiden Terrassen, die zusammen fast nochmal die größe der Wohnung haben. Gute Lage, man braucht ca. 15 Minuten zur Altstadt (Rückweg etwas anstrengender, da das letzte Stück etwas steil bergauf geht.) Sehr nette Besitzerin!

Leider waren die Nachbarn schon ab 6:30 Uhr sehr laut. Da kann aber die Wohnung und auch die Vermieterin nichts dafür.

L'accoglienza super di Sonia, la casetta è deliziosa e super accessoriata.

A piedi il centro dista soli 15 minuti, certo il ritorno a piedi è un po' faticoso per presenza della strada in salita, ma camminare fa bene! Servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici, comunque.

Очень хорошая хозяйка Соня.Чудесное отношение к гостям Хорошая Полностью укомплектованная квартира. Две отличных терассы на которых можно посидеть вечерком. Нет даже желания что -нибудь дополнить .

Het was een redelijk verblijf voor een aantal dagen.

Het appartement lag op korte loop afstand (ongeveer 500 mtr) van het station, wij zijn dus een paar keer met de trein wezen reizen en het appartement lag in een rustige omgeving.

Je moest met parkeren van de auto bij het appartement geluk hebben, de parkeer druk bleek in de gehele omgeving erg hoog te zijn. Naar het centrum van Desenzano en het (Garda) meer bleek een eindje lopen naar beneneden maar vooral (met warmte) ook weer dat eindje naar boven parkeren benenden bij het meer bleek ook niet gratis te zijn. De beide bedlampjes waren ver boven ons hoofd (en armen) bevestigd, kon je dus niet makkelijk aan en uit doen. en als laaste was dit appartement niet al te ruim, we konden onze bagage moeilijk kwijt.

Coccolati come a casa

Appartamento moderno,accogliente e super pulito,dotato di tutti i comfort e del necessario. Oltretutto dotato di due deliziose aree relax esterne molto curate. Sonia è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto trovare un gradito benvenuto con biscotti,marmellate,acqua e una bottiglia di vino al fresco. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa e spero di tornarci presto 🥰

Liebe Sonja war sehr nett und wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass sich unsere Anreise stark verspätet hat und Sonja trotzdem geduldig auf uns gewartet hat – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Dafür möchte ich mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken. Wir können dieses gemütliche und gastfreundliche Zuhause nur weiterempfehlen!
