First I have to say the pictures make it look amazing (credit to the photographer) so we were slightly disappointed as it's just like any other hotel and this was a special occasion. That said it's probably the only issue we had. The staff were amazing, the food was great and the main areas were well maintained (Our room was looking slightly tired). One suggestion for anyone booking a room with a view over the lake, you need to be at least on the second floor otherwise the trees block the view, I'd suggest the higher the better to be fair although I don't know if there's any disadvantage on being high up.

Very nice hotel just outside the lake so close to the port, old town etc. Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful! Very good breakfast. Rooms are spacious. At the top floor nice little pool with amazing view on the lake. Highly recommend.

Just needed a place to stay near the airport so that part was good. This is a very tired hotel run on a shoestring. Restaurant quality and staff very average. We paid for a better double room but still found it a tight squeeze. It’s fine as long as you don’t wish for too much

Beautiful stay at Park Hotel - I highly recomend this place. The staff is particulary helpfull and serviceminded. The place is all over clean, and nicely decorated. The location is perfect, right next to the city center, and a short walk down from the trainstation. And oh - they have a wonderful breakfast! Would book again! :)

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.

Perfect hotel, central and ideally located for all local amenities and yet quiet enough to relax in the roof top pool - could do with coffee / tea making facilities in room.

The location of the hotel is ideal for eating out, shopping, ferry etc. The rooms however are not quite the 4-star experience and the level of noise coming from the rooms above was extreme. Basically, we didn't sleep well at all, even with earplugs. Any hotel is a gamble and maybe we just got unlucky with the elephants above us :-)

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay… more than 5 star hotels we had stayed lately. Service was amazing. Location was absolutely the best. Breakfast was great in a super cozy and elegant setting. Pool area was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was super courteous with parking which was a huge issue for our family traveling with a toddler. Their dining recommendations were equally good as well.

Good location near the ferry port and train station. No free water bottle provided and no free coffee facilities which is strange. The breakfast is ok. You have to pay for an omelette but scrambled/poched eggs and bacon are free. It's an ok hotel I was expecting more for the money I paid.

When querying this we were told that the room was an Executive room and can either have a full or partial view. Went to the pool and there are no toilets which means you have to go to your room. No Room Service, no food at all is served between breakfast and dinner. To get a drink at the pool, you have to go down to Reception and order the drinks and bring them up yourself. There is no phone at the pool to order a drink. Breakfast is good, staff are OK but a bit surly if you question them. Air Conditioning was intermittent, sometimes worked, sometimes not. Best part of the hotel is the location. To Pay over £260 Euros a night, we would expect a better service than this.
