I had a ground floor room.Nice open bathroom and great shower pressure. Bed was comfy. Panel Heater beside the bed was good.
Couldn't work out how to use the microwave (no instructions) and no amount of button pressing helped. Heatpump needs a service. Set on 30 but not a lot if heat coming out.

It was spacious and close to where we needed to be for the weekend. There were a lot of sky tv channels to choose from.
The sky sports channel kept dropping out when a big game was on tv. The bathroom ceiling definitely needs some work with paint peeling and some evidence of mould. A deep clean overall would be good!

No mention that that units are upstairs.so if you need ground floor.there should be an option to choose either upstairs or ground. Parking extremely tight.and most first come basis
