I will stay again

I liked very much that the bedspread was freshly washed. Many places do not wash the bedcover often enough. I was in Hamilton for work so appreciated the fridge was large enough to fit my salad samples over night.

I am very sensitive to light while I sleep. Block-out curtains would help with this.

Easy to find, building and car park layout was stunning, the room was beautiful and I loved the layout AND the bathroom - shower was lovely. The outdoor area was perfect and the hot tub just made it even better. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and tidy, proper milk given on arrival (always a bonus rather than that UHT rubbish large hotel chains give you), ample parking and quiet at night.

Overall, nice place for overnight stay.

The staff were lovely, bed was comfortable.

The WIFI didn't reach our room, as we were at the end of the motel. The gym equipment is a bit dodgy, needs upgrading or servicing. Treadmill stopped at random times and bench wasn't stable. The ridge was freezing all our food/drinks. Milk provided was frozen so couldn't use it. The tv wasn't the easiest to work as the remote controlled both the sky and tv so kept jumping between volumes, etc. But two tvs and sky, was a bonus!

Bathroom fan full of dust Shower head wouldn't stay up on the slide Blunt knife in kitchen drawer Would have been nice to have bodywash and hair products in pump containers in shower as only one of each in small tube for two. Brought this to receptions attention would have been nice to have been offered a discount or something.
