It was fine.

The bed is comfortable, nice kitchen area and the bathroom is spacious. Friendly staff and good location to main road.

The parking is suitable for smaller cars and maybe SUV. The surrounding houses are potentially state users and the first night only there was a loud party. Second night was quiet and fine. Above the bed there is no curtain, so the security light from the stairs shines in. We had spare towels and hung these over the brackets to cover the light. The gym is standard, more cardio based but that is fine. You are only allowed to use it from 8am to 9pm.

On 1st impression reception absolutely STINKS of ethnic food cooking it’s awful! THIS WASNT A “one off” either I’ve stayed here several times and same every time. Some doors to reception closed & air fresheners would be helpful as it’s a terrible welcome.

Location and room servicing

Was too noisy in the mornings, house keeping Bed was unbalanced, since it was 2 single beds joined. Was given the wrong type of room in the first instance and upon enquiring then was provided the room type that we booked.

Convenient and comfy hotel in Hamilton

Two-bedroom suite with two double and one twin bed, perfect for our family of four passing through Hamilton. There is a nice little kitchenette as well. Overall, a really nice and convenient stay.

Well, the only thing that was inconvenient for us and it's no fault of the property is that there is only one bathroom. That made getting up and ready in the morning a bit stressful with two bathroom-hogging teenagers around. Not something that could be improved by the property management.

I will stay again

I liked very much that the bedspread was freshly washed. Many places do not wash the bedcover often enough. I was in Hamilton for work so appreciated the fridge was large enough to fit my salad samples over night.

I am very sensitive to light while I sleep. Block-out curtains would help with this.
