A very comfortable stay not to far from the City

Good size Unit that was thoughtfully equiped.My Unit was at the back away from the Road and infact the whole facilty and neighbourhood was very quiet during my stay.

More Sky Channels and parking would be tight when busier.

TV, Air conditioning, kitchenette all good

Parking space small and under edge of a tree causing leaves and bird poop to be plastered on car. Dirty spots on carpet and the chairs, also a dirty pillow slip

Exceptional Service

The customer service was exceptional, the room was great clean 10/10 well kept. Beds were comfy. We will be booking and repeat staying for our next trip. Thank you for your kindness and being so accommodating.

Clean room and great location, quiet too. The room was serviced daily. Also handy having a food store less than a minute away. The man at reception was friendly, and understanding when I thought I'd lost my room key. Fortunately, I'd only locked them in my room.

My pillow was a bit hard but I managed to find a more comfortable one in the room.

Good for a night

Clean. Was good for an overnight stay.

It would have been more welcoming to have the fridge turned on and cool prior to our arrival as well as all the towels in the room rather than being given an extra one at check in to carry to our room along with our bags. A bit pedantic maybe but don't think that is too much to ask when we had booked for 3 people. Oh and fresh cold milk would have been nice - rather than warm UHT milk. Pleased I packed earplugs as there was a bit of traffic noise. Parking was quite tight in a bigger vehicle.

Great experience

The staff were amazing, very welcoming, informative and friendly. We booked the two bedroom suite. It was perfect. Very spacious, tv in every room. Sky channels and Netflix. The room had coffee, tea and sugar. It had everything you would need for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The room was large with a separate double bedroom and everything has all been recently updated.

Disappointing that we never got the unit we booked. not worth the $$$ we paid

Bed was comfy, cleaners did dishes.

Didn't like having to be in a totally different unit to the 1 we booked. They blamed Booking.com!!! Spa bath tap fell off, toilet roll holder fell off. Shower sprayed everywhere, all over the toilet and bathroom floor. Expel air light didn't work. Front door didn't lock, had to prop a chair under the handle for safety. Internet voucher never worked. Lights were on a dimmer but were VERY dim on full.

Easy access

Spacious accommodations, clean & comfortable. Kitchen facilities were great, including plates & utensils, even wine glasses! Good water pressure in shower, nice & hot. Came during Cyclone Gabrielle, so safe to shelter & watch shows during the storm.

Bed was a little soft, everything else great!
