    I understand that policies exist. My feedback relates to how they were applied during our stay and the conditions we experienced. We felt unusually singled out and monitored, with staff repeatedly walking past our room, looking in, and rudely interrupting us to reference occupancy policies despite there being no disturbance. We were also approached about noise following complaints about a “party” that did not occur. Given the very small size of the apartment and extremely thin walls, this appeared to be an issue of soundproofing rather than guest behaviour. The room smelled of old, damp carpet, and the bathroom was below expected cleanliness standards and would benefit from a professional clean. I have stayed in five motels within the past month, and this was the least comfortable experience. This response clarifies and stands by the experience described in my review. Thank you.

    No issues with my stay. 2 nights. 3 days over Labour Day weekend. I was out mostly during the day. But before and after were no concerns.

    When any accomadation state that their rooms are *** plus and being discounted to *** I expect that its a nice place. This is not that and I was disappointed. The room was clean enough and comfortable enough but they have 1970s Glass bricks outside my room which allowed bring Veranda lights to shine into my room all night.
