Horrible stay and experience- never suggest this- give money back

Nothing. We seek the money back. I can send you photos and videos. Such a bad place we ghave stayed. I lost my respect infront of my family members. Rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned. Sofas were all dirty 5 member family didnt have a place to sit as only living area had AC but sofas were so dirty and chairs were broken. Then we thought we will spend time in bedroom, but no ac there and no Fans. I asked the asian lady fans for the rooms she got angry and took me to her private room and showed how she is living there without Fan. Crazy she doesn’t understand others pain. For my kids it was a nightmare. There bed bugs, spider net on wall on top of beds. Only thin pillow per person. No body wash. Broken plates and cups. Was it purposely given that dirty useless room to us? I heard from other friends the same so it was not accidental.

Staff was horrible, arrogant chinese lady in the reception and she said she is the owner. No cleaning and no respect to guests.

I liked the location it wasn't hard to find and the staff were friendly.

My room had cobwebs behind the doors of the kitchen bathroom and toilet I also went to run the kitchen cold tap and a grasshopper came flying out,frightening my niece. As my sister's and I run a cleaning business ourselves we found this very unsatisfying.

Rubbish

The room was not like the one advertised. There was no iron or ironing board. No house keeping was done. The shower was little more than a trickle. The curtains were hanging from the track. It was unclean with cobwebs around.

This motel is for a budget conscious traveler. So don’t expect too much, it’s a bed and convenient.

For us the location was ideal, it is on a busy street but to be honest the noise didn’t bother us. The lady on reception was very nice. This motel is cheap but comfortable enough for 1 or 2 nights.

There were ants on the dining table when we first arrived but no big deal we just wiped them away. The beds were quite hard as well

Shower was fine. Although I didn't use anything but the kettle, kitchen had what was needed. Convenient. Easy to get in and out of.

Mould, unhygienic, needs a good clean, everything needs to be renovated.

The lady was lovely and tried her best to accomodate us.

There was mould on the roof of the bathroom, there was a bad odour smell in the family unit, the curtains were broken, the closet was dirty and looked like someone had been locked in because of all the scratches on the walls, the beds were musty and bedding looked dirty, it was very different to the photos. My sons have asthma so mouldy and dirty house is not good for their health so we ended up leaving.

The shower had basically no pressure on hot. The plates and cutlery were dirty and under the beds needed a good vacuum.

There was enough space for everyone

Through out the night everyone was getting bitten by fleas or bed bugs There where a cupple of big cockroches especially the one on the table Rust in a few of the pots and pans cutlery wasn't that clean ither. And the people that stayed next door where drunk singing throw out the night. Not veary comfortable sleeping i think I sleeped 2 hours max with the nosie and the beds the photos where of anther room they where not the same as the room we stayed in The table and chairs where broken

Classic Motel from Hell

No sky as advertised, social Housing in most off rooms unwanted individuals turning up at my room , no service as promised, I had to leave on second night as I was not comfortable with the tenants that were hanging around my van as I have tools, I chose to stay their so lesson learned make sure you ask if they take social housing tenants, and be very cautious when you see the premises are dirty.

Stayed, but won’t be back

The bed was comfy. The staff member was friendly and helpful when we reported the odour in our room and offered to put a machine in our room to remove the odour when we went to dinner.

The room had a strong odour upon arrival of curry and we had to leave our door and windows open for long period of time on a very cold day to get fresh air in the room. There were stains on the couch and on the sheet on one of our beds. Condensation on all the windows in the bedrooms. The room was very dated and is in dire need of a “freshen up”. The tv is situated in a very unconventional place and comes out across a doorway to the kitchen where we ended up knocking into it on a few occasions. Not very safe. We found it very difficult to get out of the driveway as the traffic is very heavy and close to a set of lights.

the extra single bed in the lounge should have been of the same size and height as the one in the bedroom totally uncomfortable for adults or teenagers alike. would also be good if the sofa could also be a bed settee that way you could still accomodate up to six people very comfortably in the unit. catering for extras at short notice especially if they are from the same family!!!!!!!

We have stayed there in the past and found it acceptable but the cost was a little over the top

A nice quiet area even though it was close to the road and lovely polite young lady at reception. Room was also lovely and warm.

However, the bed was hard and I spent most of my time tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. Place needs a bit of tidy up rather old and needs some paint work and replacement of nettings with holes in it plus removal of mold from around the windows.
