we had a good stay, clean and tidy only negative point, The Spa bath only works up until 21:30/22:00. We booked specifically for the spa bath and in the description no mention of time constraints to use the spa bath

We didn't get the right room. Instead of a studio with a whirlpool bath tub we were put in a disabled room. I tried to explain to them what I booked online and even showed them the picture. I told them they need to sort this out online so no one else goes through this. Not a happy customer.
