It was a short visit but suited us well.

Very quiet, kitchen equipment very useful, very clean.

Would have liked to open a window in the bedroom as it was too hot, but the bit that opens was too high

Good location. Parking available. Close to pack n save supermarket. 20min walk to Sky City casino and bars. Good size room. Highlight- bed was so comfy and extra pillows to choose from.

Everything, had absolutely nothing to worry about! Location is amazing! They were very nice and easy for me when I was up there for a rough time in waikato hospital looking after a loved one. they gave me a room at late notice each day when I had no clue what I was doing each day.

I would certainly stay there again when visiting Hamilton it was great.

The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful especially the front counter staff. The Ventura is a perfect location, close to the city centre with eateries, cafes in walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I have no complaints about our stay at Ventura Inn and Suites.

Lovely hosts - peaceful, safe and comfortable.

I love this place - it is calm, well run, super clean - a good honest hotel with some nice touches like the pool and cool photo art in the hallways.

The pool was too cold to swim in right now ... but we have enjoyed it in the past :-)

Room was adequate. Location was situated well for access to shopping.

Needed a revamp. Basin cracked for eg. Lack of plates, cutlery. Basic tools, e.g. bottle opener. Made it difficult to have takeaway dinner. Television difficult to navigate, leaving few choices. Partner found bed very uncomfortable.

Location, first receptionist was very lovely on check in.

Beds not very comfortable, TV options is standard tv unless you have your own login to movie apps. high chemical smell in the room, woken up at 8:30 to vacuuming right outside the room.

Little Gem!

Exceptionally clean & great facilities. Perfect for my elderly parents and I who travelled from afar. Will definitely stay again. Reception & Housekeeping staff are so professional & friendly.
