Perfect, we were able to park outside our room so it was easy to bring our belongings into the room.

All the facilities in the room were modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was top notch. Great shower too!

The lounge chairs could be either cleaned or updated but that’s being really picky.

Convenient drive up to room; clean, roomy and comfortable.

I believe the previous guest had used the small shampoo tube. That or there just wasn’t much in the small tube. As a male, I have very short hair. There was no shampoo available after my use for my wife. Very disappointing. The other thing I might suggest is it would be very nice to provide body lotion. Overall, stay was very nice. Thanks. We would stay again.

The stairs to the upper story were difficult us. My parents are 79 and 82 and I had arm injuries. They might like to confirm whether people would prefer ground floor accommodation.

The sheets were clean and soft, great quality.

Requested for late check out, latest 12noon as we had to attend a graduation at Univ of Waikato at 9am. They were going to charge $30 until 11am, then $60 if checking out at 12:00. We had no option but check out before 9am and brought all of our things with us, including perishables.

I cannot fault this accommodation, the management is highly efficient, the room was well appointed with sunshine coming into the room, it was extremely clean and tidy, well laid out, and you could tell they had thought of every detail to make you stay go smoothly, I would tell all potential guests, stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

The location met our needs as the Lodge was close to the locations that we needed to go to. We liked the layout of the rooms and liked the fact that the rooms were cosy.

The bed was harder than I am used to but it met my needs. The parking was very tight and perhaps that's because there are more rooms than parking spaces. We went out on Saturday night and we were lucky to get a parking when we got back.

The noise from the road, I wore ear plugs to sleep as a lot of the traffic noise can be heard through the cracks in the door. I think if the bed wasn’t so close to the door it wouldn’t be so loud. It is near the main road, I just wasn’t expecting to hear it so much.
