There was an awful smell in the hallway when we arrived not sure whether it was from someone cooking. The bed was very very firm. The hallway had leaves blown all the way down the long hallway. And not sure why there were rubber mats outside every door. Really not required. Our shower was blocked and the water nearly rose to flowing outside onto floor. Think the trap had not been cleaned

Great room but very poor housekeeping

Have stayed here several times as it is well priced, modern and has everything we need for our stay. Good little kitchen, great shower and firm bed.

Booked several months ago and were given instructions to pick up key at the usual motel miles down the road. However, it appears management has changed hands so we had to go to a second motel to pick up the key which was very annoying. Still can’t understand why you can’t implement a lockbox system. On top of this housekeeping was very slack. All they did was empty the rubbish bin and provide fresh towels. Bed was not made and nothing else done. Very slack. Shower needed a good clean as well.

This is a really good new motel, almost in the city center of Hamilton. Everything was good. I recommend it.

The fact that reception for check-in is located in another hotel could be a bit surprising. I had a car, so it wasn't a big deal for me. But for people without a car, it could be an issue.

Property was close town

The actual reception for this Hotel was 2ks at another motel. Once I got to the reception, I had to pay a security deposit which wouldn’t have been an issue had it been stated clearly on the booking details. I wasn’t able to check out before 9:30 (which I wasn’t made aware of) to receive this deposit back. The bathroom cleanliness wasn’t the best. This Hotel has the potential to be really good, however I feel I didn’t get the best return for my money.

A nice and clean unit

The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. We were initially allocated a room on the second floor. My wife would want a room on the ground floor and the reception staff was very helpful to reallocate us a ground floor unit. The parking lot is spacious and easy for parking.

Terribly noisy, fire doors have no sound proofing, motel is on a busy road and also not very sound proof from the street. This is a 2 storey motel - I would recommend not staying on the ground floor. Thuds and foot noises from 1st floor were constant and there were only a few hours (between 1am and 4.30am) that we weren’t hearing banging, door slams and footsteps. Curtains also do not block the exterior windows effectively letting in a lot of street light including car lights and there were several in room appliances all with very bright or blinking lights Keys must also be collected from a different location

Spacious room. Good cooking facilities with everything I needed in the kitchen. Good parking. Accessible recycle bins for my waste. Great water pressure in the shower. Liked the barstool seating at the bench. Would definitely stay again.
