Great rooms but uncomfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay, very happy and satisfied with our room.Good size for a family, clean, and all the facilities for a kitchenette. Staff were awesome & friendly, the room was very clean.

The only issues we had were the beds, very hard and too firm. Uncomfortable did not get a good sleep. That's the only downfall of the beds. Please upgrade the mattresses. It's too uncomfortable in room 7.

Dark, barely any natural light coming though, unpleasant smell, made even worse if you turn on the heat pump which smelt very bad. Couldn’t get into my car park on the last night as other cars were parked on each side, encroaching slightly on our park, making it impossible to get in.

Very clean, recently renovated, lovely staff, easy check in, fairly priced, good location and parking, has all the basics you need, you get milk which not all motels provide.

We didn’t get much toilet paper in one of the rooms, but thankfully there were only mainly males staying, so it was enough haha

The pan and pot didnt fit on elements at the same time. A bright light from outside shining in through window as curtain didnt cover entire window by front door.

I enjoyed my stay and would use them again in the future.

The location and staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who served me on check-out on Sunday the 6th of July.

When I arrived and checked in the floors were still wet and the bathroom door was not able to be closed at all. However, I was grateful as they waivered my late checkout for this inconvenience.

Some difficulty finding office to check in. Turned out to be at motel next door. The motel area immediately outside our kitchen window was a graveyard of supermarket trolleys, old washing machines & other metal rubbish. Extremely unsightly & we saw a staffer throwing another trolley out there in the morning.
