We likes the location to everywhere was close.
Food outlets a 5 minute walk and 10 mins to city centre. Liked the spa bath.
The balcony was missing a screw and therefore not safe. I mentioned to the staff, their top windows needed window stays as they opened right up and I was constantly worried my 3 year old Grabdson would find the window, open it and easily fall out from the 2nd story. We asked that we have the room done daily but they did not make the beds daily and did not vacuum daily either. The rubbish was removed and tea-coffee topped up. They did not provide bathroom products apart from a small bath soap once, especially as i had booked 2 rooms and really only wanted 1 maintained.
