This was a comfortable place to stay in a convenient location.

Our stay here was comfortable. Location was convenient to get places in a short length of time. Good breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff.

Amazing Hotel, Booking.com is Expensive!

It has amazing amenities.

The fact I was paying more through Booking.com than I did with Heartland themselves. We ended up cancelling some days and going through Hearland directly which they catered too. My only issue was with Booking.com!! Charging $270 a night but we were only charged $225 a night through the hotel itself.

Outstanding as always! Super amazing staff.

We’ve stayed here last year and we loved our stay then and we loved it now. The rooms are super clean, fresh and even the corridors smell so refreshing. The beds are very comfortable. Loved the new addition to the room- the mini bar snacks. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and caters for kids too. The lady in charge of the breakfast is so friendly and very professional.

Simple hotel, family friendly

Staff were friendly and helpful in all interactions. We dropped luggage off before we could check in and the bags were waiting in our room when we returned late that night. Pool seemed popular with families but we didn’t get to use it as our stay was short.

Good place for family group. Close to shops. We enjoyed the $20 buffet breakfast, yum! Second time staying here. My daughter enjoys the pool & hot tub.

The extra toilet paper in our room was damp/wet. Not sure why. But as we were checking out that morning when we noticed, we didn’t ask for a replacement. Otherwise, we were happy with everything else.

My son loved the pool, we enjoyed how we could overlook the pool area too. The property was overall great.

That we couldn’t vape. Although we don’t smoke cigarettes to have a little vape outside on the balcony would had been nice. The amount of in-room amenities was little. Not major at all but would be nice to receive a little more than 2.

clean room, air con, great view over the balcony, bars between the railings could be made a bit more narrow, I was a tad anxious about my infant squeezing her way through it, so kept the door closed most of the time, in hindsight, i should have got the room on ground level

There were lots of thoughtful touches and the staff were lovely. Easy parking and strong shower pressure

The corridors looked like a prison and the rooms themselves were very ‘tired’ and worn in places. It felt like a budget corporate layover place.

The room was a nice size, the breakfast buffet was really handy and the pool was nice. Staff is also very helpful and even give us directions for getting out of town a better way than GPS.

All in out i had an amazing one night stay and the whole hotel was beautiful.

The Receptionist was amazingly welcoming from check in to check out. The room was amicably comfortable and the pool was so cold but refreshing. Highly recommended.

The Group of guests whose kids were so disrespectful at the poolside. not allowing other guests to enjoy the pool and spa.

Great location, helpful staff.

Location, right in the city. Buffet breakfast discount although we didn't take up the offer due to time contraints. Relocated on request. Easy access.

Not having a working tv was a game changer but the office receptionist and onsite security did their best to fix the problem and ended up moving us to another room at 10.30pm. Appreciated just hoha packing up our belongings and gear. Beds in first room were quite firm however beds in second room way more comfortable. Very pricey too.
