Better than expected after reading negative reviews

Upgraded free of charge from studio to 1 bedroom apartment. Basic facilities, well equipped kitchen and decent dining area. Sofa in lounge w single bed, separate bedroom with comfy double bed. Separate bathroom. All up good sized room for a couple, for a night or 2. Close to supermarkets and eateries, walkable distance. Host was welcoming.

Shower could of had a bit more pressure, but that a minor.

The service from Jason. Very professional and user friendly. He upgraded my booking which allow me and my cousin more space and more comfort. We love the location, which was very convenient to the Supermarket Pak n Save, and on the main road which made it easier to look for.

Absolutely horrendous, never again

Horrendous old and outdated. Freezing cold, took hours to warm up. Owner was very rude, charged us a further $ 100 per person even though we’d paid $550.00 for a horrible 2 bedroom room. Then when we complained charged us a further $100 bond in his words in case you damaged the place because your unhappy. Refused to give us refund when we said we wanted to leave and told us we would have to call the police!! He eventually came back and apologised and brought us a bottle of wine, but didn’t make upfor the standard of room and price we paid or his yelling at us.

"Me and my husband had a wonderful overnight stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the motel staff member who served us on the night was so lovely, kindly, and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast👍 I highly recommend it" 👍 👍

Owner very friendly and enthusiastic. He upgraded our room. He provided candies and biscuits for kids besides different drink options. Room was quiet and clean as we expected.

Last minute booking and arrived late but staff were very accommodating. Made the sofa bed up and provided some necessities.

Older concrete block motel so condensation in morning. But the room has been refreshed and it was warm and comfy throughout the night.

Easy to access and park, handy location for our needs. Comfy beds and good shower. Older style decor but it was a pretty cool place to stay.

Great location, handy to the city centre and all its amenities. Owner is lovely and helpful. The hotel could do with some modernising, but this was outweighed by how well maintained and super clean our room was. Beds were also very comfy.
