Comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay

The Staff were Very Accommodating when I asked if I could change from an upstairs room to a downstairs room because my wife had difficulty climbing stairs. Very Courteous staff when servicing rooms.

Could you please fix the sink taps, loose handles and hard to turn off . Sorry to be picky, I'm an ex plumber and that does not go down well with me. Otherwise no Complaints.

Consideration for children

The place was okay considering most rooms were taken by hospital patients and I had my 3 children with us and they were constantly told to be quiet which was really annoying cause it was just after we checked in around 2.30 and they were just laughing and being normal next minute people were complaining too the front desk about my children n all we notice on the walls were quiet times between 10 pm n 7am I fully understand that but it was only early afternoon.Gummon!!

Furniture and decor are outdated and worn out. I could see old rubbish and thrown out furniture out the back

Trip to Hamilton

The beds were very comfortable and having an extra tv and heat pump in the bedroom was great.

Our unit didn't have any soap for showering just liquid hand soap. And there was grime around the inside of the shower.

Friendly staff, clean and pet friendly

The lady at the reception was lovely. We have been also given some fresh milk to keep in the room for tea and coffee. Each room had a private parking which was lock in on the property. Room clean, very big.

The size of the room was more like an apartment. Split systems in every room. Amazing wifi connection. Cooking facilities which is lost in NZ.

The rooms facing away from the car park it's quite confronting on car park entry to see a big building of windows and an unkept car park The building is very uninviting but once your in the rooms they are very spacious .

Quiet motel with lovely trees behind and close to hospital

Comfortable and clean but not romantic

Very clean, comfortable bed and quiet, I had a great sleep! Also a good location was good for us.

It is not visually pleasing with large concrete entry area and very plain, dated interior. Out the back there is a but of greenery though.

The room was quite large and hoo to have the ability to prepare a meal if we wanted.

The decor was very bland. No comfortable chairs to sit in. Room was cleaned satisfactorily but needs painting and brighter decor. There is a sign in the laundry that asks people to clean up when they use it, but the laundry doesn’t look like it’s actually been cleaned for ages. There’s dirt, fluff and bits of “stuff” on the floor and corners and window. We were reasonably comfortable and the staff were friendly, but the whole place could do with a clean up. The photos are obviously photo shopped.

The room was comfortable with all basic requirements with clean towels everyday.

The website somewhat flattered the appearance of the property as when you first pulled into the car park you are not impressed with what you see,the swimming pool being a fine example.
