We arrived after 10pm for just one night and left early in the morning, so we didn’t see the surroundings. The hotel itself looked nice, with parking available. Our room was spacious, appeared to have been recently refurbished, and was quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Not a great motel

The size of the accommodation.

Checking in was terrible - we were made to wait, when we saw a lady inside who then decided to hide around the corner. There was a phone on the door, which we rung and the lady at the other end kept saying she couldn't hear me. The lady hiding proceed to walk out the back door to a car that had just arrived saying "another lady is coming". We waited further to then be greeted by a man who helped check us in?... He was very efficient with checking us in. The door handle to our room was disengaging from the socket. The spa bath (that we paid extra for) did not work and the shower had mould around the edges with a funky smell coming from the drain. If I had known I could upset photos I would have taken photo evidence.

Room keeping was a little strange, and the kitchenette couldve done with some extra essentials (like bowls, cutlery) and an electric frying pan (accessible via reception maybe?). Room had some ants, and the spa bath didnt work properly.

Location was handy and it had off street parking

Reception was never open, rooms were run down and pretty yuck. Beds were super uncomfortable and I got a cut from the coils in the double bed as they were all sticking up. Definitely not worth the cost and would not recommend at all

Adequate for the price but won't rush back.

The mattress was too high for shorter people (like myself). Would be great for taller people. I had to climb up into it. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom for when the spa bath was running. There was also nowhere to put our suitcase so we had to put it on the sofa. There were very steep concrete steps up to the room which we hadn't been advised of at all so just as well we are not disabled but still a bit tricky. The mugs for hot drinks were too small for people who prefer a proper big mug of tea or coffee (as in about 330mls). Not enough bedding and no spare blankets at all (no cupboards).
