Do NOT stay here!!

The family room smelt really bad when we walked in. Carpets stained, mold on walls and the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Mold on spa bath jets, hole in basin plug, overall should be shut down!! Certainly not charging what we paid … $189/night for a terrible room. Not happy at all … couldn’t wait to leave!!

It was on the Main Street so you really can’t get lost. The owner is really nice and kind. Good to have the kitchen in a separate room.

The pillows weren’t the greatest they were flimsy and I ended up stuffing up my neck. Bed was springy and the tv was in a weird spot.

Linen was clean bathroom and kitchen where clean.

Quite a good rate in a good location. Check-in and out were very easy.

It's unusual that it costs $10 to use the Guest Laundry - even to go in and just use the sink! Also, I was surprised there were no coat-hangers at all in the wardrobe. The soap containers in both the shower and near the bathroom sink were empty, so it seemed the room hadn't been very well prepared for guests. Before 7am there was a lot of loud banging on the wall, which was annoying and woke us up. I have no idea where it was coming from.

If had not been a one night stay i would of checked out early

The bed was comfortable and clean as was the unit, the manager said new carpets and curtains had been installed

the kitchen and bathroom were shabby, covering on sink bench top peeling off and cupboards were chipped and in serious need of renewing as was the bathroom shower and vanity On speaking with the Manager voicing my concerns he advised this motel had been used for emergency housing and they were still getting it all upgraded

Location is practical but road noise is bad. Main drag infront of property so you will hear lots of cars. Facilities were ideal in terms of what was provided.

It was pretty badly upgraded if you could call it that. Cheapest options possible taken. Paint work was shocking. Just feels like they’ve taken lots of short cuts. Had next to no sleep. It wasn’t very clean either. Hand-wash was shampoo im pretty sure… also the toilet paper was the literal worst and cheapest. Just a bit more pride would have gone a long way. Id rather spend more honestly for better.

Absolutely nothing arrived at 1 left and paid to stay the weekend at the stadium motel, discusting room no smoke alarm TV with no channels had cleaning staff trying to sell thing to my family, discusting employees,

Gave 60 dollars back as agreed total refund told us to get the 350 dollars back through booking. Co then denyed all alligations, photos did not match the room different than what was listed absolute don't recommend and should be shut Down as its dirty run down a d discusting

Quick overnight stay in Hamilton

Great staff. The place was a 6, but I have given a grade of 8 because of the excellent service provided by staff. We were given a larger room as the one booked was a lot smaller. So we appreciated the extra room after traveling. We got there around dinner time, and we were leaving first thing in the morning, so for a brief stopover, it was economical.

The room was very dated. Although the room was clean, the stained carpet and dated furniture (uneven dinner table) let the place down.

Serious need for upgrading the room

staff was very welcoming, and everything stated in description and photos online was accurate. The location was very central to supermarket and subway and sushi options. Staff were very helpful, checking in to see if we needed anything throughout our stay.

The drug used spot knives in the kitchen drawer, I had to use to butter my toast with. The patch work vinyl on the kitchenette bench could do with recovering. The shower pan looked tired and in need of upgrading. Also there wasn't proper seals on the shower doors so water leaked out all over the bathroom floor. We had a queen and single bed. The single bed base squeezed every time the person sleeping on it would turn in there sleep numberous times throughout the nights we stayed.

Staff were rude. This place has a lot of full time resident’s. It was so loud and there was a dog in the room above us that barked ALL night. Staff didn’t give a damn. My kids were too scared to sleep with all the commotion. We ended up having to book elsewhere and spend double. Would never ever stay here again!
