Looks nice on the outside but the inside doesn't match. Very tired. Needs a make over desperately

The shower was great

The bed has to be the worst bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. Might as well have been a mattress on the floor. The chair with the rip on it and no springs left in the dining room needs to be sent to the dump…along with the bed

Great place to stay

Very comfortable, clean and tidy. Also really close to supermarket and other shops. Was very easy to checkin and checkout. The bed was amazing!

Nothing major just the tv is not 50inch in the queen room - i would say 32inch and heater in shower does not work

Value for money but would not stay again for safety reasons

The motel was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. Had all you needed for a good stay.

There was a random person hanging around the motel courtyard/carpark. This person knocked on our door when we arrived pretending to ask for someone by name - it was clear she just wanted to look inside. There was angry shouting from this random person to possibly a long term guest in another unit late at night and this person was intimidating when we were packing up the car to go. Multiple knocks on our door in the very middle of the night waking us up! Staff presence minimal to do anything about this. We later found out when I reported this to staff that the random person was not actually a guest but just someone the motel seemingly knew was just hanging about the place - really strange. The behaviour of this person meant we did not feel very safe.

Awesome location. Room just right.

We stayed for 2 nights. Could smell, like a damp smell coming from the carpet during the night. We had to use perfume to get rid of the smell.

There was an awful smell from fridge and complaint to management. Thou it was mentioned that there was no smell by management which was false. Asked if there was another unit and was refused . Made stay very uncomfortable as couldn’t use fridge.

I had an relaxing stay in a handy area.

Walkable to City Center. Well equipped Units and a quiet area.

Some of the furniture and fixtures were worn and replacing.Unit servicing staff would barge in even if I had locked it meaning I didn't want to be disturbed.

Great hotel with friendly staff and ideal amenities.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and tidy. Our room had everything we needed, hair dryer, towels, toaster, jug, hot plate, pans, pots. It was definitely worth the money spent whilst we stayed in Hamilton.

The bed was quite small (we are used to King beds) and it was quite very hard. A mattress topper would have made all the difference and comfort.

Annoying intruder who was arguing early hours of the morning the day we were leaving. The noisey truck next door who was doing some cleaning the day we arrived tried to have a nap as had a headache. Lighting in room kitchen area was poor as well as kettle leaking I emailed for someone to call me still no response.

Will definitely be back!

Loved the proximity to the stadium and to restaurants and bars. Loved how we were greeted by the staff upon arrival and when leaving. The rooms were so clean and stocked with everything you will need!

Tidy, clean, comfortable stay, but noisey traffic

The room was nice, tidy and comfortable.

If I had known it was emergency housing for others, I probably would not have picked it for accomodation. Late at night there were so many coming and going which got too noisey for me. It was supposed to be a stay away from home.
