The place is run-down, dated and doubles as an emergency housing facility. Was not happy.

The fact that this is an emergency housing facility and I only found that out once I had booked in. There were no 'reviews' on Booking.com to alert me. I was on my own so I packed my things and did not stay overnight. I found somewhere more suitable.

I liked my stay and glad I got to stay there.

Very easy to find, I liked the massage chair, shower was really nice and the price was good. The two bottles of free water and grain waves were a nice touch, thank you!

Quite a simple outlay of the room. The only thing was the top blanket was very lumpy so I removed it off the bed.

-goodie basket on arrival very cute -choices of tea and coffee -toiletries available -big bed -spacious room area -heating -hot shower -close to town and events centre -cheap lastminute booking deal

-noise level outside cars racing up and down street, people down stairs loud music -kept checking outside the door all the loudness happening -mini fridge being in the same area under bathroom sink very weird layout can move it into the room -untensils, jug, toaster etc under the sink -the shower layout up high back neighbours can see through if window open -guessing this property host emergency housing

Free snacks daily left in the room, clean and tidy, warm welcoming at reception

Unsafe place with a few emergency housing residents and swearing coming from one of them and an elderly man walking around and smoking from the balcony. No bathroom sink and had to brush teeth in kitchen sink, needs upgrade and a paint outside and so dark in reception area. Noise from the main road and arguments outside from neighbours was disturbing. Photos on website did not match this hotel

The bathroom is not user-friendly to a person with a disability, you have no choice but to use the bath tub. Local house guests fight and scream at each other without consideration of their guests. Rooms looked out dated.

The room was well equipped and so clean. The snacks were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. We would happily stay again. The room was also big and roomy with plenty of space. Central to everything.

Cheap enough and good location.

Good location, accommodating staff.

Very noisy. No curtain so light shone in all night from kitchen area. Toilet wouldn’t stop dripping. Decided to pay the extra for the spa bath room and the spa bath was dirty. There was fat grime lifting off the side of the bath when the jets turned on or coming out of the jets. It was really yuck.

Awesome staff, great motel.

Amazing motel!! I was a bit hesitant with this place on reading some reviews.... BUT! The Asian lady on reception was really warm and welcoming on check in; she showed us to our room and provided us with a bottle of milk! The beds are comfy with air con and heater, and the spa bath is superb too. Friendly Asian guy behind counter on checkout, which was super quick! Well lit clean rooms and facilities. I had to book another night via phone call due to an emergency and the same Asian lady who checked us in the day prior was more than willing to help us, so I'm currently sat in the heated bed typing this! Thankyou guys, I highly recommend this motel to anyone reading!

The only **small** issue is the WiFi isn't overly strong in the room I stayed in. Not a big issue but it might be for others who have business needs. It could be worth looking into? Apart from this, nothing else to complain about!

Bed wasn't very comfortable. The motel is dated. The other occupants of the motel were not 'family friendly'. We didn't have any issues but I wouldn't stay there again.

I was disaapointed first night was good then it steadily got worse noise and antics wise.

bed comfortable faiclities ok weird having basin for preparing food and washing hands and face and teeth cleaning. Tv didinot styaon chaneel ever kept haivg ot turn off as it kept defualting to something some weird fuzzy picture kept coming up wiht unknown lnanguage on it. Dissapointing as its the only window of time i had to catch up on national news. Didn,t have energy & time to ask for help about it as visit so full on.

the other campers were noisy men outside room on balcony drinking and smoking and slamming doors, cars trucks below very loud reving of motors, slammoing doors.

The desk and one chair was not appropriate for 2 people. Should have a table and another chair. The microwave needs to be on its own stand. It was on the bench so had restricted space. Dangerous when trying to boil the jug?
