The linen felt like it hadn’t been changed new ones put on The rubbish liners seemed like they don’t get changed and hair left in it Hair around the bath and dust like it hadn’t been cleaned Only two toilet paper maybe couple more spare would have been better It had some funny smell in the room too

Location

Walls were paper thin. Carpet had stains on them very dirty one in particular was very questionable at the end of the bed so didn't take my shoes off the whole time. Very tired/water damaged cabinetry. Parking was tight. Towels smelt musty. Table surfaces were sticky/tacky maybe from a cleaning product. The shower you couldn't see through the glass, the shower head was cracked so water sprayed everywhere so you couldn't have it on full pressure and if you did it didn't stay in holder bracket. The toilet also leaked out from the base on the floor. Crackhead in the park across the road breaking sticks off trees sharpening the ends while looking over at us through our open to the street ranchslider door.

Host was very friendly and welcoming apart from needing updating and a good vacuum we would stay there again.

Close proximity to where we needed to be Host was lovely and super friendly.

Both washer and dryer outdated and both were broken but worked. The drier kept turning off and washing machine the detergent dispenser was missing The room needs updating.

Quiet, calm and easy stay

Friendly looks family run. Quiet and was perfect for a night away for our family. Heat pump was well needed. Patio was a good surprise for my 1 year old on the move (fenced in too.)

Worst motel filthy and dirty & mould

That is was close to city centre

Absolutely disgusting it was dirty, had cobwebs on walls and above headboard, thick patches of dust on walls & skirting boards hasn't been vacuum behind bed and under behind bedside draws sneezing coughing all night around toilet filthy, toilet brush completely covers in dust and around back of toilet & sides, the spa bath had what looked like x 2 pubic hairs on it mould in bathroom I have photos to prove this. in the past I have stayed there before last motel managers where fantastic the place was very clean and well looked after , these motel managers (asian) have not kept up maintenance or cleaning of this motel, it a real shame this is the worst motel I have stayed in for over 20 years so disgusted and disappointed this was a nice motel once. I do not recommend I am sure they let out some of these room to Emergency housing as well. A total let down and waste of our hard earned money.

Better than expected. Pretty good stay for a budget hotel.

The location was perfect. Short 2 minute walk to the stadium for the rugby. Also close to all other amenities, esteries, and the PaknSave. The place was a lot cleaner than other reviewers said. It's super tidy and better than we expected. The family apartment is very well equipped and just all round a decent stay. Staff was lovely on arrival. She checked us in early and was super helpful. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews because it ended up being a really good stay.

The heatpump took a long time to figure out how to work, and because it was cold and wet, we were very cold. But once we got there, it was perfect.

Overall, a reasonable motel but I doubt I will stat there again

Convenient location to cbd. Comfortable beds. Decent kitchen and fridge. Clean facilities with fresh towels daily. Water pressure in showers was good.

its a bit run down. The couches in the apartment have seen better days. the frypan was fit for the bin not cooking. A minor complaint really but it was not inexpensive so I would expect better. Parking for the apartments is woeful.

Host was lovely

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and unfortunately it was not liveable. We had to book elsewhere for the night. It was grubby, it smelt old and musty, the couches were dirty with old cushions on them that didn’t look clean at all. Barely wanted to sit anywhere in the apartment unfortunately. For the price it was not worth it at all!
