The family unit was huge - very spacious and good value for money. We were very close to town.
Was an upstairs unit and we had to park further away and carry bags up steps to accommodation. TV in lounge was not able to get live TV but, TV in bedroom did - so that was good.

The first two nights were good, convenient location and clean. I had even booked an extra night.
Then following this, the second two nights, there was no hot water. Then when returning at 2 pm on the fifth day to shower the water was still cold. When raised it with staff, the communication was “ you don’t understand, we’ve had trades and they can’t fix it. “ A request was then made for a refund for the extra night, but they refused because checkout had passed. I ended up not staying the last night as I needed a shower with hot water.
