It was quite a good place to stay.

Clean and comfortable and the spa bath was relaxing.

Location, location, location

More so the outside, with visible signs of cigarette butts in open containers full to the brim outside our entrance way. As a non-smoker I found this very off putting

Spa bath great had lots of rules tapped to wall though

Rung and walked to reception for one extra towel and was told no by rude man on phone. I didn't want to say it was a womanly problem to him but it was an emergency he did not care.

Centrally located, pretty good value for money

Property was not bad but not great either. Well priced and bed was comfortable

Could have done with a re-furb, main door to room didn’t close properly without really forcing it

Comfortable room, unpleasant drainage

The room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa were very comfortable. The bathroom also had excellent water pressure.

There was an issue with the sink’s drainage. The water was not draining properly and would accumulate during brushing and washing. It drained very slowly, and at times it looked quite unpleasant.

The room smelt like cooking when we arrived. The cleaning was not a good standard We had a couple of issues with our booking. First our card needed to be provided again weeks before the booking and a deposit of $100 was required when we stayed a month ago we only needed to provide our card for security.

Clean and tidy, close to shops, woolworths across the road, speight's ale down the road for dinner.. Walking distance.

Staff was pretty neutral. No big welcome...lol.. Accommodating tho when I needed to add one more night also.

Great place to stay for the cricket

Nice rooms, very convenient location - just across the road from multiple supermarkets and nearby restaurants, and a short walk to Seddon Park for the cricket. Spa bath was great after a long day driving and walking.

Pillows were far too soft, some foam pillows would be much nicer.

security was poor, the door did not lock properly, had to slam the door multiple times to get it to shut and lock - very unsafe.

The motel is well situated for anyone wanting to use the city amenities. Bed was comfortable, the unit clean and well provisioned.

Need a bedside lamp or similar that provides softer lighting and can be turned off/on from the bed area. Currently the main light is the only switched lighting. The TV accounts need cleaning up with say the addition of the Freeview app to the app menu list. My wife suggested a full-length mirror on the inside of the cupboard door. Said if she was going to a wedding /funeral then would want to have a full-length mirror view that the bathroom mirror doesn't really provide.

Very clean and spacious room. Cutlery and plates supplied. Woolworths across road so very handy. Car space outside unit. Very pleased with accommodation. We had room 21 which is suited for disabled so bathroom very spacious.

location was the best part of the motel. Room a bit out dated but the price reflected this.

Receptionist being nicer. Couldn't see the block where the room was, she could had made an effort and walking me over to the room. Felt that I was just pain and a number. Also requested a downstairs unit as I had to carry my husbands and my bags as he had an eye operation and was not able to carry anything heavy. Given an upstairs unit which means that my request was not even considered. The grounds needed work. litter everywhere and most of it was old and not recently blown in. Even wet toilet paper in the gardens.

was doing a running event asked if could get late checkout 12.30pm could not accommodate that so had to fly home without a shower as run only over by 11.30am Would have been happy to pay.

It was modern and updated and in a great location.

The bathroom was not very clean. The shower hadn’t been cleaned properly for quite sometime and there was pubic hair in the spa bath that we paid extra to use but didn’t end up using and there was soap scum on the soap holder and all thru the shower.
