5 minutes walk to the FMG Staduim. 3 minutes walk to the Speights Ale House. 3 minutes walk to Countdown supermarket and 7 minutes walk to Pak-n-Save supermarket. Spot on for our needs. Bed was comfy and shower had a nice water stream and plenty of hotwater.
Bathroom facilities a bit dated. Needs larger vanity unit with more bench space and needs more towel racks. Entrance door to our unit wouldn't close properly. Had to slam it to shut it (it needs a little maintenance).

Everything was ok but no one serviced our room and I had to request more towels. These should have been provided without asking. Adjoining room next to us was noisey. Did have wifi password so that was frustrating
