Bathroom was a bit outdated and worn, however it was clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast, which was a huge selection in the form of a buffet with cooked options, cereals and preserved fruit options. We loved our one night stay.

Breafast buffet was excellent with a vast selection and a staffed egg station. A very large complex a bit dated. Sky sport was not on tv but manager sorted this out for my Rugby fan crew

We can only remember Colin by name but he along with everyone else we met were very friendly and approachable, we felt like we were more than just "guests". Even before we checked in, the communication was amazing. We will definitely be going back.

Our room was neat and tidy but the bathroom needed another cleaning and there was previous people rubbish under the bed but other than that overall was fine. Check in was good. Buffet breakfast was fine.

The staff were lovely and so accommodating to my daughter let her check in early between swim meet sessions made a huge difference for her, the room was everythjng she needed and so close to pool.. Thankyou

When we first enterd block 1, we could smell a strong scent of toilet spray and marijuana. We alerted management and they immediately investigated and decided to move us to another block which was awesome. We were told those people had been there for a week, and that it was unlikely they would stop the behaviour, whilst its not an emergency housing provider, it was evident there are ways WINZ goes about housing people without catergorising people under emergency housing. However, overall the hotel was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The staff were awesome. It was clean and tidy, free wifi, the room was beautiful and there was a modern tv. We would drfinitely stay there again! Great location, right next to waterworld and down the road from the base.

we booked in at short notice. The hotel staff where very accomodating and welcoming and also gave us an upgrade which was unexpected but very appreciated. The room was clean, tidy, warm and well presented. Would recommend. Thank you
