Everything!wonderful host very helpful,crisp clean room!simple accommodation. I was able to check in early without an additional fee. A/C that was actually ice cold. If you need anything extra,all you have to do is ask. Highly recommend

Microhotel lodge Hamilton fir 2 nights

The Manager was helpful, always polite and with a smile 😊. The location was ideal for the town, Shops and Supermarkets. The room was clean and cozy with a TV and Aircon including towels. The kitchen had everything you needed including a dining area. It also had laundry facilities but did not use this time. The bathroom, washbowl and shower facilities are only used between 2 rooms which was good. The place is modern, great security for entry and exit. 10/10 Highly recommended. Thank you

Not a dislike, but lacks storage but was fine as I kept my stuff in my baggage under the bed. If I was to suggest, perhaps having some drawers built in under the bed space.

Fully stocked big communal kitchen was great! Very clean room and bathroom. The manager was lovely and very quick to help when our code didn’t work the first time. Very comfortable bed!

We loved most of it but just a few improvements needed for the bedroom facilities

Cleanliness, comfortable, location, friendly staff. Easy access exit and entry, spacious kitchen with lots of utensils and 2 ovens to use for cooking

The double room we stayed in did not have any closet to put our stuff in, only small bedside table for lamp, TV and heat pump remotes. Had to leave my bags on floor which is not nice, bathroom had no mirror or anywhere in the bedroom I had to use my daughter’s bathroom mirror next door to our room. My daughter and son’s single bedrooms were so tiny can hardly move around it, would be better to have two single beds in one large room. No free coffee, tea or sugar like most other accomodations we’ve been.

Look closely

Very clean. The "Helm" bar across the road has the most unbelievably delicious pork dumplings.

Micro applies to everything. Up on the third floor(watch that when you book). No instructions what to do in the event of fire except keep your door closed. Smash a windows and climb out onto the roof perhaps! No wifi but thankfully staff allowed us to log on. Limited carparking and so tight I had to climb out of the passenger door

No lift access - not great if you have climbing stairs issues. Shower box tiny - shitty help from the after hours reception person. Was blocked in - needed to leave urgently - took 40minutes of bullshit assistant. Parking is tight - especially next to reception and under the building next to Steal pillars!

Novel ecperience

Securing accommodation when very little was available, so late in the day was a great relief. Easy key management and great effort to find me a secure carpark. My first tiny home experience so it was novel. The bed was clean and comfortable.

No hand basin available after toileting in shared toilet/shower annex , and no mirror. A bit noisy as it's close to town but noise levels were higher than normal due to AB game.
