Very well located and really clean. Very friendly staff, 3 key cards, nice pool.
No soap in the separate restroom. They could decrease the heating in the gym.

In addition, the hotel rooms were quite old, and the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. As a result, the rooms were very cold, which negatively affected the comfort of my stay.

It was better than I was expecting, the apartment was in good conditions, clean, the bed was comfy and also the sheets

Lovely spacious room with decent kitchen facilities in the apartment. Nice to be able to use the main hotel facilities - gym, spa etc. Really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available.
The only issue we had was that, although there were two large flatscreen tvs in the room, neither had smart options (I.e. Netflix/any other streaming service) available, and the only English TV channels available were BBC 1-4. All the other channels were in French/german - totally fair, us being foreigners in Brussels - but there were not even English subtitles available.

The room was lovely, warm & comfortable. Needs to have soap in all bathroom areas. Did not appreciate the 9am wake up call on Sunday asking us what time were we leaving & when we said 11, the person made a face!!!
Soap in all areas. More comfortable pillows- too soft but the bed was amazing!

Room was very spacious and had all the amenities. Staff was kind and provided extra blankets when asked. Decent location, not too far from transport. The extra sofa bed was also comfortable and the shower was fantastic.
The bathroom bidet was leaking throughout our stay. The lights and sockets in the bedroom did not work. Although beds were comfortable, the pillows could have been better.

The apartment was quit spacious and good maintained.
While entering from the parking or exiting, a smell was there. May need some air circulation or some fragrances.

Space and nice balcony with a view of European Parliament buildings.
Equipment in the kitchen needs upgrade.

The room was pretty decent and in a good location.
The reception staff at Renaissance hotel were extremely rude at checkout. Extremely poor communication and the hotel was not responding through booking.com messages. A hold of Euro 250 was placed on the CC and was there for a month. I kept messaging the hotel as to why they are keeping a hold for so long as my bank told me to check with the hotel and the hotel claimed otherwise. First time I faced this issue.
The receptionist at checkout also was very rude. The ticket for parking was also not validated properly and I had to leave the car and come back out to her to ask for assistance as no one was answering the call button from the parking.

Nice size and good location. Had everything we needed. Had also a car park.
A bit old somewhere and we had to go to the reception to pay for the parking.

Everything! The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean and it has everything you need for a stay, even washing machines in every floor

The elevator was crashing every few days, old furniture I was in this hotel 12 years back and still same furniture, for car parking you have to pay every day you have to scan and go to reception to pay

The location, swimming pool, and surrounding area are perfect. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
Although all amenities and facilities were available, the details of the finish were severely lacking. The apartment’s interior reflects a style from the 1980s and feels significantly outdated, except for the bathroom area.

Great location. The appartment was very well equiped with everything needed for self-catering. Plenty of small shops nearby for cooking requirements. The pool in the hotel next door was also free to use.
Perhaps a few minor updates needed in the future to the lifts and some of the fittings in the appartment. But it was clean and functional.

Very comfortable practical and quiet apartment in excellent location (European quarter, Luxembourg train station, Ixelles)
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Free access to gym and sauna.
This time the room rate was much more than last time I stayed there.

location, size, corner apartment and small balcony. There was a sponge and some dishwashing liquid as well :) !
Fry pans were scratched beyond healthy.
There was also a persistent bad smell in the apartment.
Lighting a bit low.

Lovely sized apartment with views over city. Basic provisions available - toiletries and basic tea and coffee and washing up items. Very clean and spacious. Bed mattress in main double room a little firm for me! Kitchen small but perfectly functional. Limited coking items but sufficient for a short stay. We combined eating out with self catering and it worked well. The leisure facilities at the hotel were a real bonus.
We requested a couple of additional coffee pods for our third day ( the coffee machine provided is a pod design) but none came 😬

There was a lot of good space and the kitchen was well equipped.
Staff in the spa/pool was quite unhelpful. Pool was in the main hotel and there was not any easy way to get from the apartments to the hotel - the only way is to walk outside which isn't convenient when you want to go to the pool. Also spa facilities were not great - leaky, water buckets, slippery floor and no towels.
The restaurant had limited food options - not many choices suitable for small kids and /or vegetarian/ vegan so I wasn't able to have dinner there.

Easy access to everything in Brussels.
Could not do early checkin. Got the room wrong and said they would fix it the next day, but never followed up

The rooms were very spacious and clean.
It was far from the city center. It was very close to EU Headquarters.
The receptionist were not as friendly, i felt that they were a bit racist and they were not the sort of people that should be welcoming the guest. They are not very welcoming.

Great Location, large size & layout of apartment. Modern & very clean
Breakfast options not worth the high price
5.0 / 10.0
The location.
The management gave us a room that smelled like paint. We arrived late at night after an 8 hour drive. They gave us a room high up but smelt like newly freshly painted walls and doors. Our first night we could not sleep. Myself, my husband and two children woke up with headaches and were extremely exhausted. The management company the next day didn’t bother to switch our rooms or compensate us for a night that went badly.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment. Good location in close proximity of the European Parliament and public transport.
The property probably needs a lick of paint and generally to be refreshed.
