Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and scrupulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed dinner in The Poet restaurant. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with a huge choice. We'll definitely stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and happy!

Perfect location for any meetings close to the European Parliament. Easy to access by public transport.
Windows wouldn’t close properly.
Breakfast room was extremely dirty from former guests. But still I would expect such dirt to be cleaned swiftly.

Unfortunately, there was no running water over one night. It was supposed to be back at 5am but at 8am there was only really hot water that one cannot used for showering.

Clean, spacious room with a lot of storage space.
Fast, free WiFi which was easy to connect to.
Nice decoration throughout the hotel.
Friendly staff.
Location felt safe and less than a 10 minute walk to the metro station and 2 minutes walk to a bus stop with busses going into the centre of Brussels.
Toiletries, robe and slippers provided.
Room service is available.
Bath with a shower attachment.
There was no main light in the bedroom - only various lamps.
The pillows were uncomfortable which impacted my sleep.
There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
Online it says there is a smart TV - however it only connects to YouTube and not any of the streaming apps such as Netflix etc.
My room felt haunted but not sure if this was due to the dark room (no main light) and dated decor.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
The room was warm. It was set to 24
Degrees when I arrived. I changed it to 17
Degrees and I never was able to get it to 17 degrees over my 3 day stay, lowest I got it was 19 degrees.

Wonderful location, nice people. Did not sample the breakfast, but did make use of the gym - pleasant all around
The hot water supply was not always reliable; the room cleaning a bit random, and the pool (an important reason to choose this particular hotel) was closed for part of our stay. This can happen of course, but could possibly have been announced earlier...

Its location
I was charged 150€ on my arrival day due to possible mini fridge expenses I could make , and I was said I would be refunded after my check out in case I had not made any expense, but unfortunately I have not been refunded yet, which is becoming a big concern. On top of that, never was there any drink in the room mini fridge nor even a complimentary bottle of water, which was disappointing, to be honest with you. Could you please help me out to be refunded as soon as possible?

A lovely hotel, nice staff and clean. It was in a great location being outside the main centre of Brussels so it was a bit quieter but with only a short walk there were plenty of restaurants, bars and other places to eat and visit. A very nice place to stay.
Not much really, only small thing was that one of the lifts was not working so the weight to get up and down was a little longer, but this is a very small thing.

The property at reception was great and the bar area very nice
however the lifts smelt of drainage and on the 4th floor the amount of dust was showing. Curtains in our room had black marks on them. Also for a highly regarded hotel the room could have a tea spoon rather than one tiny stirrer each day!

I liked the location and the pool. Other than that its just another large hotel that probably should have had their carpets and curtains redone about 15 years ago but hasnt.
The carpets and drapery were a bit run down, the pool is lovely but its shuts early at night and with more than 4 people in it, it feels quite crowded.

Smaczne śniadanie, świeżo wyciskane soki.
Swimming pool and gym area are in not the best shape. No teabags and no spoons in the room to make tea but a simple coffee maker makes good coffee.

I would like to recognize Suad, employee of the restaurant. Always attentive, kind and in good mood.

Food, rooms, location
It is close to EU quarter, so it is not close to the city center, but it depends on preferences.

Good size room
Some reception staff not welcoming, other staff were nice. Bar staff and porter were very nice. Had to ask 4 times to have the extra bed made up. Calling reception many times and ended up going down to speak to someone. Room was lacking and needed a good clean and refresh. Bathroom was very small for a suite. Breakfast buffet had a very poor layout and was very crowded. Difficult to get seats for breakfast. Took 30mins to check in.

Comfy room, adjoining fitness and swimming. Chromecast when it worked. Reception desk lady Francisca was the best staff member, professional and friendly!
Confusing information about getting into garage with the bike.

The pool timings while limited for children, still fun for the kids!
Breakfast is the same everyday. Secondly, quite poor for allergies even if you notify them beforehand - I had to literally beg for gluten free bread everyday and they gave the same bun everyday!!!

hey have a professional staff, super dedicated to customer service. There is not one thing that we request that they couldn't address, and that's, for me, one of the most valuable aspects—the service. The hotel is really nice, and the location is perfect since you have the train station just 2 blocks away. If you want to eat, there are some places nearby with excellent options and abundance.
I think the breakfast is a little expensive. Even though it's fully comprehensive with toasts, croissants, yogurt, cereals, cheese, salmon, jams, eggs, vegetarian options, fruit, pancakes, etc., if you eat out, you can save 50% of that cost.

Well served breakfast, very friendly & helpfull staff, nice athmosphere
swimming facililty and fitness weren't well maintained. Also the absurd rules with kids about the use off the pool

Nice room, clean, good breakfast (but maybe a bit expensive), the swimming pool is a real plus
information about the roads closed due to the 20km of Brussels running competition on Sunday. One person said it was no problem at all, the other said we might wanted to leave as soon as possible not to get stuck.

Friendly, helpful multilingual staff at Reception, lounge, housekeeping and restaurant. Answered all our questions and always happy and polite when assisting. Great breakfast options, wonderful cocktail bar in the evening. Decor in lobby and restaurant was fresh and modern. Aircon worked perfectly during the hot 33C weather. Good location, close to public transport and grocery store. Pool was clean and the kids made ample use of this facility.

Great breakfast - lots of choice, hot and cold options.
Being told by a snooty receptionist that parking wasn't included with my booking even when shown confirmation from booking.com, then took a photo on her phone so she could investigate the mistake with booking.com. She eventually came back, forced a smile, and told me I didn't need to pay.
Cold swimming pool unlike our last visit.

Good location for what I needed
Tried on many occasions to contact the reception team prior to arrival phone just rang and rang ultimately just getting cut off reception team were ok but blamed it on low staffing no time to answer phones I also text them and emailed them no answer shocking service really from a professional hotel chain. That said I was upgraded after complaint so the did try to appease me.
The really bad stuff was the stink in the elevators and restaurant and car park basement was sickening awful smell can’t be described yuk

Luxurious hotel, comfortable and glamorous room, really nice leisure facilities (pool and sauna). Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
Only negative is that hotel ask for a £50 deposit upon check-in to cover any costs which arise- common practice in nicer hotels but prefer this to be made clear beforehand so we could have budgeted for this.

It was a very bad experience... When I went down to do the check-out procedures, they refused to give me the insurance money, and the employee told me that I have to pay the money for breakfast, even though I paid for two rooms including breakfast, and this is evident in the reservation and the exorbitant amount that I paid, but this employee asked me with all The insolence of money again... A very bad experience, lack of politeness and theft of money... I do not recommend it at all
