We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this place!

The house was in an excellent location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The space was large and light and very comfortable. It's a great getaway space in a city that's large and noisy. The garden space including a dog and cat made the space very cozy as well. The washing machine was also a big plus after many days of travel.

The lock on the outside of the building proved to be a real problem for us and we had to call the owner a couple of times for help with it. Even another tenant in the building expressed to us the trouble he was also having accessing the property.

This is a lovely house, the garden a little oasis which makes for a great spot to relax between explorations of the city. Excellent living area, big kitchen, all light and airy with big windows and high ceilings, and altogether a charming and comfortable atmosphere. It was quiet, peaceful, yet close to several nice squares - Londres, and by St Boniface church - with lively bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere, and it was very easy to get to the Eurostar station on the Metro. There were 3 of us, lots of space to be together or for the teenager to retreat to the top floor. The dog and cat were adorable. The owner an absolute gem who give clear instructions for arrival and keys etc, came to say hello when there and was very helpful when we needed somewhere to leave our luggage.

Needed a few more, and better, pillows, but I'm sure this is soon done.

A beautiful and quiet place in a perfect location with everything you may need reachable in a few minutes walk. The host, Jean-Philippe, was very kind and helpful and his cat and dog were super friendly and welcomed us anytime we were leaving the house. We will be very happy to come back next time we come to Brussels.

the house was stylish and spacious

the cleaning had been done superficially before our arrival (hairs found in bathroom drawers, still water sitting in dirty water jug) and the mattresses were way too hard (back pain in the morning for everyone)

A superb place to spend a (long) weekend

Quiet, self contained flat off a side street in the centre of town. Quick and easy access to just about anything. Self catering, no breakfast. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and plenty of night shops

Bedrooms are on 1st and 2nd floor, steep stairs. Manageable, but beware!

Einzigartiges Stadthaus in perfekter Lage - Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Das Stadthaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Innenhof mit eigenem Garten – eine absolute Besonderheit mitten in Brüssel! Das Viertel ist lebendig und voller Charme, ideal zum Erkunden. Die Renovierung ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll umgesetzt: tolle Farben, hochwertige Designermöbel und ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept. Die Küche ist riesig und komplett ausgestattet – sogar mit scharfen Kochmessern, was wir in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie hatten! Das Haus war zudem super sauber, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Auch das große Bad ist ein echtes Highlight. Der Kontakt mit Jean-Philippe war sehr nett und freundlich, er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.

Casa preciosa.

La casa es preciosa y perfectamente equipada. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien decorado. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar caminando a todos lados. Jean Philippe fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente.

Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero hay que subir escaleras angostas para llegar a las habitaciones.

Mitten in der Stadt Brüssel ist ‚la maison du fond du jardin‘ eine kleine Oase. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit eigenem Garten - perfekt auch mit Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Un bel endroit pour découvrir Bruxelles

Jolie maison très bien située à proximité de nombreuses commodités (métro, supérettes, bars et restaurants..) et de lieux de visite (quartiers royal et européen accessibles à pied en 15 minutes). Quartier calme, idéal pour famille mais aussi pour couple sans enfants. Le jardin est un plus appréciable. Animaux de compagnie (chien et chat sympathiques). Jean-Philippe est un hôte agréable, disponible et soucieux du bon déroulé de notre séjour et qui a été de bons conseils. Merci encore.

La serrure de la porte d'accès extérieur (côté rue) est un peu capricieuse; il faut prendre le coup de main.

Maison bien située, très confortable et pleine de charme.

Maisonnette pleine de charme, décorée simplement mais avec goût. La maison est très bien isolée et on se sent très bien dans l'espace du rez-de-chaussée, avec vue sur le jardin (et le chat et le chien...). La très grande chambre du dernier étage est un formidable espace de jeu pour les enfants. Salle de bain confort avec baignoire, douche et deux lavabos. Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Jardin très agréable, dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter (au mois de février), sauf pour jouer avec l'adorable chienne Lala.

Quelques détails qui peuvent être améliorés: un grand ménage de fond pourrait être utile (le four notamment avait besoin d'un petit coup de propre...); et un peu plus de lumière dans l'espace canapé (un peu juste pour lire). La serrure de la porte qui donne sur la rue est un peu capricieuse: il faut la "chicaner". Mais dans l'ensemble, ce sont des petits détails qui n'affectent pas notre note globale.
