A recommended accommodation for a short business trip to Brussels

Moxy is a convenient hotel in a good location in Brussels. The staff is excellent, helpful, smiling and accommodating. It is also normally a very good value for money. Breakfast is also very good.

Funky central hotel

Really nice funky hotel, offered a free drink on arrival, nice breakfast, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Good location to a lot of the main sites.

Was quite pricey, perhaps slightly above what I would have normally expected to pay for this type of hotel. Bed was a bit soft, with a sprung mattress.

Great hotel

Just had 3 nights at Moxy and it was great. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Fresh towels daily and beds made for you each day. Breakfast was great, everything you could want. Hot cooked breakfast buffet with bread, fruit, cheeses, meats, pastries and a waffle making station. Location is a 20 minute walk to Grand place which was a nice scenic walk. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Beds were a bit hard for my liking but that’s a personal preference.

No wardrobe in the room. Not able to change levels through the elevator. You are only eligible to your level and ground floor. Our friends were staying on another floor.

A cozy stay in a convenient location.

The location is very convenient for exploring the city center. The property is new or recently opened, the decoration of both the room and the common areas is modern yet cozy. We were offered a complimentary drink upon arrival. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options.

It is a comfortable stylish but not expensive place. But double-check the payment process while you are checking in.

The location is great, there are a lot of nice spots and metro stations around the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We were met by a very friendly receptionist. Also, a bar in the hotel is cool and it’s enjoyable to sit there in the evening.

1)We had quite an unpleasant moment while checking out. We payed for the room with card when we moved in. But the next day during check out, we were told that the hotel doesn’t see the transaction and the card date is expired, so now we have to actually pay. We tried to prove that the hotel charged us and showed a receipt. But it seemed that staff panicked and instead of figuring out the problem was just pushing us to pay one more time as if the previous evening we hadn’t done it. Eventually it appeared there was a bug in the system and we didn’t have to pay twice. But it was just a bit frustrating that we were not believed firstly 2) and a small thing to keep in mind: you might receive a token for a drink when you checkin. But if you stay for 1 night, the token works only for certain drinks. We were not told that and we ordered beer but then it appeared that it was not included in the compliment

Clean, cozy place. Great location

Location was great, hotel members were so kind, they made us feel comfortable. I like also hotel design especially lobby. Breakfast was good enough.

We didnt have mini bar in the hotel room, some additional beverages and snacks would be nice. We didnt have any coffee makers and bottle of water too.

Funky hotel in a great location!

The location was great once I got my bearings. Very walkable and close to the metro and all attractions. It was nice to be in a quieter area but still close to everything. My room was fantastic! Very quiet and comfortable. I really appreciated all of the creative storage, USB plugs for devices and that I could stream Netflix to the TV!

Overall I didn’t have much to comment on. My only area for improvement would be a nicer scent in the rooms and for the bath products. Smelled a bit like a hospital to me.

Amazing experience

Very nice staff, a good location, and quiet street. The balcony tied the whole room together and we had an amazing time. The staff even gave us a free drink at their bar for it being our first time at Moxy

Warm welcome en great vibe and stay

We had an amazing stay at Moxy Brussels! From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm welcome by the fun and friendly staff. The whole place has a great vibe and energy — you can really feel it as soon as you walk in. Our room was beautiful, super clean, and well taken care of. We also got a free welcome drink which was absolutely delicious! What made our stay even more special is that the team went the extra mile to celebrate my partner’s birthday during our visit — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Comfortable & easy stay with great service

Great stay at Moxy as per usual. My partner was sick during our stay and we had to extend our booking by 1 night. All the staff were super helpful and accomodating, ensuring we were able to stay in the same room to allow her to sleep undisrupted.

Fancy hotel near Namur Gate, nice decoration, the room is big an comfortable. The hotel is 7 minutes away from the metro station. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was good, but not exceptional (for the price).

The room was big but empty. No storage, and almost nothing to work from the room. The breakfast was too expensive for what it was, and the team not well organised too (3 people were chatting at the reception while the breakfast buffet was half empty and the breakfast staff was running everywhere). The breakfast tables were not very clean if you were not the first one.

Just one thing: when I lay down to sleep and switched off the light, there was a light under the bed that remained on. I walked around the room for 5 minutes to find the off switch… to find that it was motion- activated and turned off on its own after a minute or so after I stopped wandering around…

Superb stay in Belgium - nice, modern hotel with excellent staff.

The staff were great and the hotel is very modern and quirky - it's a nice setting to enjoy a drink from the bar, especially in front of the fire after a cold day out! The room was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was also great, so much to choose from and very nice. All in all a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

I'd say the bed wasn't firm enough but that's personal preference. Would have been nice to have a view from the room but guess that's luck of the draw.
