Very bad stay, unprofessional staff

The location only

The front office was very unprofessional, she wasn’t help at all, she sent us to a new paint property the smell was horrible and we had to leave quickly and the room was totally different than the photo in booking, after 2:30 hours she moved us to another room and it was very noisy as it is in the street with no cancellation noise windows, they refused to change the room or refund the money or even change the dates to give me another room

The reception staff were brilliant - I arrived after office hours, but someone was there to check-me in. I was daft enough to leave something of value in the room, and receptionist Chang was incredibly helpful and competent in liaising with me to get the item back to me - I really appreciate her help.

A clean and safe hotel in Brussels, offering acceptable value for money

We were upgraded to a spacious 3-bedroom unit, which was larger than the room we originally booked. The room was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—just about a 2-minute walk to the nearest train station and bus stop, Luxembourg Station, from the hotel.

If you park your car in the underground parking garage before checking in, you won’t be able to access the hotel directly from the garage. You’ll have to walk from the dark B3 level of the garage to the ground floor through the vehicle path. However, if you check in first and receive your room key, you can enter the hotel directly from the underground parking garage. As for the hotel room, the wet area (bathroom, toilet etc) hasn’t been renovated, so the difference compared to the renovated parts of the room is quite noticeable.

Spacious apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. Parking available (for 25 euros/day).

A bit dated with signs of wear and tear. On the last night there was a major leak from the apartment upstairs. They charge extra to use the pool.

Lovely stay in Thon Parnasse Aparthotel

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely. Very quiet building and the road outside was quiet. The kitchen had an oven which we needed as my grandson only eats pizzas. Very clean and roomy. Bus stops very close by to reach the places we wanted to go to. It wasn't that far to walk to get the metro. Definitely stay there again. Remember to take your own coffee,tea and sugar. They provided a tea towel, washing up liquid and cloths. Even a dishwasher.

Bigger mugs and bowls in the kitchen. Oven gloves were not provided.

The apartment was nice and large enough for a kid to run around and feel at home.

Stay elsewhere.

The location was the best part.

The building was under construction. Because there was no air conditioning or vents and our windows were taped shut for several nights - it was super hot and stuffy. The windows were also blocked by scaffolding and the view outside blocked by a tarp. It was not until I complained and insisted that we either be moved or the plastic removed did they pull down the plastic on one window for the final night. The front desk was also staffed by very inexperienced students who could not help with anything - including selling me an apple from the case of food. All in all it was expensive for a room that should not have been rented.

Amazing and very convenient

I love Thon apartment location. You are accros the train station, bus station and 10 min walk from the metro. It is a safe area as it is close to the European Union office. The facility is very clean , the apartment was big enough for my mom and I . We stayed for almost a month so we were cooking a lot. Very nice place. As I go to Brussels almost every year, this is the only place I live in!

In short the stay was really nice and would definitely recommend this place to others!

It is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, facilities in the room are good and the apartment was quite spacious with a lovely balcony.

Unfortunately there was no extra bedding for the sofa bed in the living room and the pillows were so thin that you might as well sleep without one.

Very Nice Rooms

The place was clean and big. Close to Bruxxels Luxembourg Station. The bus stop is a couple of Minutes away. Walking distance to grocery stores. The staff are nice, helpful and friendly.

Great stay

- friendly staff (we had issues with our cards and the receptionist was extremely patient) - quiet flat (there is more than one building. Ours was not facing the street) - large, modern and well equipped flat (free upgrade to flat 209) - central, safe and well connected location

- weird smell in hallways and in the flat (didn't go away despite opening windows) - limited food options over the weekend (office area and most lunch places are closed over the weekend) - fee to access swimming pool
