Better than expected

The hotel was very well equipped for a family stay a pool table, table football and a selection of board games were excellent additions. It was comfy the rooms spacious and fantastic value for money. Breakfast was excellent even providing gluten free options which were a godsend. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Myself and my daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Everything. This is a great place to stay in Brussels. Contemporary design, all necessary for a comfort stay and more. Friendly staff, fast service.

Extremely comfy room and great value for money !

The room was silent with opaque curtains and a very large comfy bed ... so we slept extremely well !

The shower : It was difficult to get water at the right temperature. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold ... but we managed nevertheless !

It was quiet and had a good location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for families with children.

The temperature of the shower water was unstable, and suddenly hot water came out, which was dangerous. In addition, the drain was not cleaned, and water did not flow into the drain.

Great place to stay, staff brilliant, clean and comfortable rooms

Good location, lovely large, bright and clean rooms, nice communal area and bar. Staff are really friendly and helpful and you can use lockers to store luggage after checkout.

They took a holding deposit before we began our stay and when they refunded it we were told it will take a month to refund - as it was over €100 we would have liked advance notice of this.

Best stay in Brussels

Room was absolutely amazing, super clean, quiet, spacious, modern, with aircon, amazing view. Location is the most convenient, easy to access by transport and not only, with many shops around and restaurants. Honestly the best hotel in Brussels I have ever stayed so far.

Nice hotel, great location and staff

The room was big and quite clean. It had everything we needed. The location was also good. There was a play area on the ground floor with a lot of games which was a nice touch.

The shower area could be better. As others have pointed out, it was difficult to close/open the shower door with a towel on the floor. The water pressure also varied a lot during a shower such that temperature varied between hot and cold too.

Very well located and comfortable stay in Brussels

Excellent location, spacious rooms and a lot of nice breakfast spots in the area. Not too long of a walk to the city centre and very well connected with buses and metro. Quiet and peaceful area on the weekend.

The headlights over the bed are located in a strange place - making it very easy to bump your head into them (happened to us more than once).

Poor due to behaviour of the senior staff they are racist and they don’t even care what you think

Most of the stuff … except the racist staff was good .. also they don’t clean the rooms for days together … then they say we hire ppl at the lowest level from different countries that doesn’t make us racist this make them “ non racist”

The staff on the check out were cheery and very friendly.

Despite signaling during my check in that I had early morning business meetings the next day I was assigned room 111 which, as I found out to my grief later that night, is located just above the entry door of the hotel. Needless to say that between midnight and 2 am there was a steady stream of noise emanating from drunken stragglers which was far from ideal.
