A night when I tried to sleep.

The breakfast was excellent.

My room was on the last floor (8th one), which is very noisy, due to some engines/ventilators they apparently have on the roof. The noise was across the floor and during the entire night.

Good location - average stay

The staff were friendly. The location was great for my needs (dinner and offices). The bed was comfy and the room was large with space for luggage.

The bathroom could do with an update. The shower was in the middle of the bath, which was odd. The lift only worked if you pressed to go down - there wasn't a sign up for this.

Neat and tidy place

Reception member who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming. Helped us with city locations and tips + smiled. Many govt buildings were around. Use public parking in front of the hotel than paying hefty parking charges

Nice small hotel close to EU headquarters

Cosy, small hotel, close to the EU head quarters. Staff was friendly, staffed 24/7. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Did not try the breakfast.

Hotel was located in a grey and dull street, with industrial buildings, but shops and restaurants are only 10 min walk away.

A perfectly good hotel for an overnight stay.

Great experience staying at this hotel. The only thing I’d suggest is paying a bit more attention to communication before the guest arrives — I sent a couple of messages and didn’t receive a reply. But honestly, it’s not a big deal. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and spotless.

Pleasant one night stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you are in Brussels to attend an EU meeting. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable, the bathroom functions very well. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection.

My only problem was that is was a bit cold in my room and I couldn't make it warmer. Everything else was fine.

I stayed for one night and appreciated the location for its proximity to the metro. good overall.

The property was conveniently located near a metro link, which was a big plus, although it was about a 10-minute walk away.

The room was smaller than shown in the pictures, and the twin beds were narrower than I had expected when booking.

I had a lovely stay, variety of choices at breakfast time makes my day perfect.

I was allowed to checked- in 2 hours before. That’s really great and I appreciate the staff’s help really. The hotel is very close to Metro(Schuman) and bus stops. European Parliament, JubelParc, Leopoldparc, EU History museum etc. are 10- 15 walk away from the hotel. Nice coffee shops and convenient store are just few minutes away as well. I like the fact that the area is quiet too.

It’s just the little noise coming from the shower room that sounds like a train is passing by, but tolerable. Otherwise, almost perfect.

I didn’t like the service from the day manager as there was a rat in the hotel lobby . Response to resolve it wasn’t great at all. I also paid for double room was offered single bed with free breakfast because I was on my own . Single bed wasn’t clean .

Nice short stay for family in Brussels Schuman area

The room was fine for family. There are some cafe's nearby for brunch or tea time in the afternoon. There were not so many place to park your car, but if it's full, there are a lot of space in front of the hotel. We requested for a baby bed but once we arrived it was not there. Jad from the receptionist was very very helpful to set it up for us. Even when we came back in the evening and realized that the bed was broken, he managed to take another bed and set it for our baby. Really appreciate it!

The shower tray has clogged. The previous person who stayed in the same room has left a note, but I don't think it was read. We reported it again before leaving the hotel. On Sunday, not so many restaurants nearby are open.

A solid option for a work trip

This is an excellent choice if you are traveling for work. Very clean, very reliable, very professional. Also, the breakfast is very good in this hotel. The hotel is also located in a good spot, around areas with bars/restaurants as well as many work-related venues.

The prices in Brussels are generally quite high. This hotel is typically in the lower range and I certainly recommend it for this. But slightly lower prices would be more appropriate in my view.

The location feels safe, not very crowded, close to transportation. Staff were friendly. Breakfast not bad (bread and croissants were delicious). Room is spacious. No carpet which is something I prefer.

Breakfast needs to have more variety; there aren’t many options really. Also prefer to identify whether breakfast items are “halal” or not for Arabs / Muslims (I almost had scrambled eggs which apparently were cooked in pig 🐷 fat. Thankfully, a staff member recognized I was muslim and told me not to eat it). One more thing, there was a constant smell in the bathroom which doesn’t smell nice although it was cleaned daily.. also towels kind of have a smell (suggest to use freshener while washing them for a fresh smell).

Good room in a good location.

Very good breakfast. The cuppucino machine in the buffet area makes terrific coffee. We stayed in a room with a balcony, it was clean, had good facilities. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. Location is good, close to the metro station and some bus stops.

The balcony was nice, but was very dark at night, and had only one chair.

The first room provided was too small for two people and not comfortable at all. The staff has kindly then changed the room with a better one.

Away from the crowds and walking distance to some nice museums but a number of drawbacks

Location is good for walking to several nearby museums, parks, and the EU parliament area

Showers were extremely small, maybe 4ft by 4ft Nearby stores and restaurants cater to office workers so are only open limited daytime hours and are closed for weekends and holidays. Breakfast was way, way over priced.
