Good stay overall

The location is ideal for my business appointments. Very polite personel. Very clean. Very spacious room well equipped. Free amenities, bottled water and chocolates, coffee and tea.

The breakfast is good but more fresh fruits would be appreciated. There were old humidity traces outside the bathroom that could be easily painted/fixed. There was limestone on the top shower head and the shower hose was leaking. The usb sockets near the bed are very usefull but the ones on left side are not working. Details yes, but for a high class hotel like Radisson should not be there.

Sleeping pillows. We were expecting to enjoy dinner during the stay, but the card of restaurant is very simple and the restaurant staff don't pay attention.

Great area, nice room with a nice view. Nice activities and 24h shop is really nice and handy

Stains on the curtain of the room. Room had a bath in the pictures but no bath on arrival. Ordered the cheers package before arrival to have it when we got there as a surprise for my wife, only for it to not be there, and have to call reception to have it dropped up to us, ruining the surprise.

Excellent stay all round - I would recommend and will return.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome. The staff were exceptionally helpful. I had an issue with the noise of the air conditioning and when I mentioned it to reception on my way out, it was fixed when I returned. I also ordered dinner in the restaurant and brought it up to my room, along with a beer. The food was beautifully presented and was enjoyable. Little touches such as slippers and a bathrobe, as well as a small fridge in the room - as well as tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. The location in relation to everything I needed was just a short walk away and the fact that there is an hourly train from the airport to the nearby station (which is a two minute walk away) is just amazing.

Due to the hard water in Brussels, the overhead shower head was covered with limescale and also the other body shower head could not be adjusted to any other height than the lowest one.

Couple's Weekend

We stayed here for one night, went to Maastricht for one night and then returned here for another night. On both occasions, we were upgraded to a better room. The first room had a living room area with a TV, bedroom (also with a TV) and two toilets, and the second room had a living room area, bedroom and a bathroom (I much preferred this one).

Both rooms have a shower tray that is so poorly designed that the water leaks out the door. The shower tray is completely flat so the water doesn't drain down the plug hole where it's supposed to. I managed to flood the surrounding shower area in the first room.

Third stay here. Welcoming staff. Very good location next to Brussels Luxembourg train station and buses into central Brussels. The outside area also looks more tidy than previous trips. Nice onsite (basic) gym.

Socket by kettle didn't work and wasn't fixed after I reported it. Another socket had tissue stuffed in it. Rooms starting to show wear and tear - walls and carpet look dirty and skirting is chipped. Shower temperature was only lukewarm. Breakfast options have reduced - no more sausages or waffles.

We had booked a Radisson hotel to have a more luxury stay for our last two nights of a long holiday where we had been in

It was right by a train station which was great, next door to the European Parliament, and the kids loved the free table football in reception.

The sofa bed for the kids to share was quite small and uncomfortable in comparison to similar sleeping arrangements they had on the holiday.

Comfortable and stylish room with great bathroom. The location on the weekend was very calm being in the middle of the office district, so it was relaxing taking a walk in the surrounding streets. There are plenty of nearby restaurants. The sightseeing part of the city is comfortably reachable by busses or underground.

Strongly recommend the Radisson Red for families visiting Brussels

I stayed in the family suite which provided a very spacious and comfortable room for our family. The hotel was recently renewed with a beautiful decoration inspired by Belgian Comics. The team was efficient and friendly.

The parking was a bit complicated to use, but thanks to the excellent team, everything was fine.

Good room, great vibe, and excellent staff

I loved the customer service, in particular Daniel who had a problem with the system when I checked in , and Phyo and Anna who were extremely friendly and accommodating.Their service, flexibility and interaction was 10/10 throughout the 3 days and felt genuinely friendly and pleasant throughout.

The room was a little stuffy. My room was 425. I couldn't turn on the AC (I could have asked for help but didn't afterwards as it wasn't hot enough). The bathroom had a strong mouldy smell on the first day that cleared out with time after opening the window. But the amenities (coffee machine!), cleanliness, design and size were all good. Room experience: 6.5/10 (would be 10/10 if not for the smell and AC that I couldn't operate). The restaurant is maybe slightly on the pricey side. Not the best value for money if you want to pay for the food separately: 6/10 value for money.
