Location was good in relation to the center but bad because of the noises from outside.
Looked clean bed, sheets and towels.
The owner did not provide an invoice and eventually blocked my calls.
Very noisy outside as the road is paved with stones and very early in the morning everybody was moving around trash bins + the machine collecting it and it was noisy from 6AM.
Old furniture, non-working small fridge. No read doar to the shower.

Nice sized room with clean toilet and shower.
No shower door. No iron/ironing board.

Large room. It is a quirky old place in a good location.

Nice large room with everything I needed.

The location is central.
No staff on site at any time.
On arrival, no lights on. Used phone flash to try and find a light switch - no luck (see attached pictures). Thought I walked into a horror movie. The red sculpture in the shadows at the top of the dark staircase was a particularly interesting touch.
Room was cleanish (clean linen and clean shower) but no curtain in front of the bedroom window. Shower took ages to warm up.
Did not use the coffee machine because the scale build-up was disgusting. Also, sugar cubes provided (not covered) but no spoon to stir the coffee - why???
Walls are paper-thin and you can hear every time someone enters the building or comes up the stairs onto the landing.
No warning of the steep staircase so a mission to carry a heavy suitcase up and down if you're a solo traveler who does not work out at a gym. First place I've ever stayed where I felt the need to check under the bed for a potential serial killer.

Good location
No curtain over the window. Light bulb in bathroom needed replacing. Paint obviously worn.

Location was good.
The first room given to us had shower drain blocked, the room was changed to another one after 2 nights stay out of total 4 nights. When the room got changed, there was no WIFI for the other room and we were struggling for the next 2 days for it.

Great location, the room was big and bright
The wires hanging out the wall covered by hats were an interesting addition. Sinks and shower didn’t drain and overall was clean but could do with a deep clean

It was clean and comfortable. Walkable to center.
Wifi doesnt work and I texted them but they didnt help us about it. Also they said there are drinking water in the room but there arent.

I didn’t expect much; it was just a work trip, but the stay was perfectly fine. The location was super convenient: right in the center, close to public transport, cafes, coffee spots, and shops. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.
There was a life-sized statue lurking in the corridor that genuinely gave me heart palpitations, I thought a man was standing there in the dark. Inside the room (Blue moon), there were rusty metal bedside tables, a strange metal chair with a face on it, and what looked like medieval shoes tossed in the corner. It didn’t feel cozy at all, more like an art installation from someone’s nightmares.
If you’re into eerie vibes and surreal interior design, this might be your thing. Personally, I was just scared.

Easy to find, bathroom, toilet and sink clean!
Blinds were broken, so you couldn't make it dark inside. Blinds layed on the floor. Coffee machine broken as well, fridge not that cold (let's say two degrees below room temperature). So do not expect facilities to be great... Nevertheless bathroom more than enough!

Stylish and comfortable room with a good shower, hot water and a comfy bed. We liked the contactless check-in and being able to come and go as we pleased with our own keys.
We couldn't get the TV to work! And we would have liked more pods for the coffee machine.

Some more coffee and tea would have been great but this is such a small issue

The location is very good, 20 min walk from the central square. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The self checkin service was very convenient.
The only negative thing we encountered was that in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. We had to go in a hurry so we did not have time to contact the property.

I wasn’t going to post a review, as I formally submitted a complaint to Booking.com regarding our recent stay at WOK Rooms. However, given that WOK Rooms have not replied to our complaint, I feel I am given no choice.
Upon arriving at WOK Rooms, we were greeted by a front door which someone had quite clearly tried to force open. Although locked at the time this was unnerving and set the tone for the 'stay'.
We were then told our key would be in the box behind the door. To our shock, this box was unlocked, and not only contained the key to our room, but also the other 3 which WOK Rooms also offer. This means that anyone who gained access through the initial front door, could then easily access any of the rooms available, this is a clear and quite dangerous security concern.
We took our key and headed up the stairs to our room, where we were greeted by our door, which had no handle on it and instead was on the floor in front of the door.
I reattached the door handle and entered the room. The room was dirty, thick with dust on the surfaces, with a curtain which had half been pulled off the wall. As if this wasn't enough, there was fresh blood on the bedsheets, on the floor by the door and there were also stains on the fresh towels.
The shower was broken, had one glass screen which was hanging off.
We tried to contact WOK Rooms but were greeted with a phone which just rang through, and on the basis of all of the above, decided that we could not stay in the apartment due to both safety and hygiene issues. However due to it being so late in the day, we could not find any accomodation to move to for that night. This meant we had to stay the night.
Upon waking up we noticed some small bugs on and around our pillows. Whilst I do not have a picture of this (We left quickly) I am confident that they were bed bugs.
We had to pay for hotels for the final 2 nights of our stay in Brussels, which were expensive, which is simply not acceptable.

The decoration of the room
There was someones leftovers in the fridge as i walked in. This stunk up the room if you opened up the fridge. There was no wifi. The light for the bathroom did not stay on. There was no light switch at the bottom of the stairs by the door, which led to a difficult time trying to go up the stairs in darkness. The room was very dusty and the bed sheets had smudges all over, wasnt sure what they were. I felt very unsafe.

The hotel has a capsule coffee machine and offers free coffee and tea.
The kettle was very dirty and there was dust on the bedside table. Also, the hotel forgot to include the code to enter the gate in the message sent to me which resulted in me being stranded at the gate for half an hour when I arrived in the middle of the night and the attitude of the staff was uncomfortable.

A compfortable stay in a central area of brussel. Perfect for a short stay. The apartment was nice furnished, calm and clean and close to sightseeing spots. Self-check in was easy
Some things in the apartment were broken or not working like the fridge. The neighbourhood and small street doesnt look that safe. Unfortunately the breakfast cafe on the ground floor was always closed (from Sunday to wednesday)

It was central
We ended up not staying here after seeing the room. Maybe it depends from room to room but ours was not corresponding to the beautiful pictures. The place is just very used and it seems to be needing a renovation!
Plus the area is very crowded, loud, and not very clean…
The building itself also seemed old and the staircase was dirty with the carpet falling apart. After making it to our room we could quickly see that it did not match our expectations or the listing we had seen. The door struggled to open and close and the walls had many scratches and stains from a lot of use. There were some holes in the floor too. The bathroom has no separation from the rest of the space and we could see some water damages were quick-fixed on it.
The armchairs had several holes, the lamp was broken and had no bulb on it, the mirror was broken too, and the bed also seemed unclean.
We did not feel welcome and well in this space and would not recommend it. For a similar price there are much better options in the city.

The location. It's in walking distance from the metro station and some main tourist attraction. Bathroom is small but very clean.
The room is dimmer than that in the picture/description. The room is a lot smaller than what appears in the picture. No place for our luggage as the cupboard was full with property linen. No AC and no fan, the air circulation in the room during my stay in summer evenings was pretty terrible. It only has one window with very small opening. So, not an enjoyable rest during the night.

The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. We had a coffee machine, cookies, and a kettle inside the room as well as a mini fridge. Even the room decoration was very nice. It is a 15 min walk from most places in Brussels.
The only issue for me was that the bathroom area had no doors which made it slightly uncomfortable at times to stay with friends.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was very well connected with lots of restaurants and a big shopping street right by it. The entrance itself was in an alley which was not the most pleasant but fine!
There was no door for the bathroom and the alley that the actual place was located in was not ideal. The room was quite dark with the window overlooking another building wall.

Great location.
The doorknob fell off the room door (this was mentioned in another comment and clearly had not be addressed).
The curtains consisted of a blanket stuck on a barely holding curtain rail. It is clearly a temporary fix that has not been addressed and makes the room look very cheap.
The fridge does not work (not cold inside).
The shower is missing a door (it’s clearly meant to have two), and so water goes everywhere.
There was water damage on the ceiling that had been explored but the hole has not been fixed, which again makes the room feel cheap.
Overall, the carpet was dirty and gave a musty feel to the room. The window had to be open at all times for the air not too smell musty.
Another annoying detail was the faucet: the water stream splits and sprays water everywhere.
Since most of these points are quick and relatively cheap fixes, it feels like the owners have simply neglected the room, and so we feel the price asked did not reflect the expected quality of the room.

The bed was good as well as the check-in/out process.
The bedsheet were stained, the bed cover was used as a curtain, the window blinds were broken. All light appliances were dusty as well as corner of the room. Wall painting is peeled around the window area. There is a door missing at the shower cubbicle and one of the skirting board comes of. The TV cable is not functional. One of the bathroom towel was ripped off. There was only one coat hanger.
It seems there has been a repair to the ceiling which was not painted over. The window has been cleaned with a dirty cloth.

The design of the rooms must have been very nice some time ago -now it’s run down. When I asked the owner for a telephone number, he replied via message within minutes and gave me a mobile number we could call in case of a problem (which didn’t happen). For that I was relieved.
There is no reception and you don’t meet anyone. The bar they talk about in the welcome message was shut the whole time. The entrance is not clean, same for the staircase (actually quite disgusting), and the light is patchy so you find yourself in the pitchdark in a steep stained staircase with your suitcases. The bathroom is nicely designed but has a humidity problem. Three lights in the room, among them the bedlights, did not work because had no bulbs. Some accessories were broken and stood miserably on the floor, and there was dust everywhere. Most of all, it did not feel safe. I did not shut an eye and was almost relieved when the incredible morning noise started at 6 am (furnishers unloading containers for two hours right below the single-glazed window).

nothing
there are no one for your questions. the shared mobile number is never answering. they says there is a cafe at the ground floor for questions, but that is closed. and they are replying your message in 3 hours. And if you want any other mobile number for reach someone, they are giving you answer in 3 hours without number.

The hotel is very well located, near a metro station, but also near the center of Brussels if you want to go for a 20-min stroll. Arrival was easy and all was set up in the room.
For not experienced travelers having a front desk is sometimes a resource they may like, but for us was ok not having a front desk.

The room is very beautiful and clean! Location is great and very central to shops and cafes
The location is very noisy- there were deliveries in the street occurring around 6:30am.
The host didn’t put an instruction pamphlet with the WiFi password etc in the room. This is very useful if you are coming from abroad and haven’t had time to buy a SIM card etc and therefore don’t have data access to see the messages they sent you with the info. The host also said to find the key at the back of the door but there were multiple keys and they didn’t have labels on them.

Can’t conveniently contact staff especially on a weekend.. confusing check-in (keys were not labeled properly)..
