A gem at Ixelles heart.

Everything was just perfect! Check-in online before my arrival, amazing staff at the reception day and night, valuable breakfast in the morning, essential room and next time I will try hot outside pool.

I would suggest to enrich a bit breakfast variety, even if it is already a good deal.

Beautiful loft room. Pool is also heated.

We booked the loft room and it was very comfy. House keeping comes in everyday to tidy up the room.

Be careful of the roof next to the main bed one of the us bumped our head really hard.

Amazing gem in the middle of Brussels

Small, but great pool, heated to 28 degree, so pleasant to swim even when it's cold. Lovely, spacious room, great breakfast, nice hotel in general. 15-20 mins walk to the city center

Really lovely on trend apartment, would definitely stay again

Location was great, everything was really nicely presented. We only stayed one night and got a flight early the next day so weren't able to make the most of the room but it felt like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets nearby for the time we were there.

My only issue, small but noticeable, the mirror in the bathroom was positioned so high only a very tall person could use it. Getting ready to go our for a meal it's nice to not only check how you look but also anyone wanting to put makeup on would find it very tricky – I ended up not bothering but not ideal if we'd had a nice restaurant booked.

Charming and cozy, but not the best value or location.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel truly lives up to its name, Jardin Secret—you’d never guess from the outside that there’s a hidden back garden and even a pool. The overall decor is charming, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Reaching the city center mostly requires taking the bus, so I would have preferred a more central location. The price-to-performance ratio could be better—you get a bit less value for the money compared to other places.

A hidden haven.

Really nice facilities and decorated nicely . Good selection of food served for breakfast. Staff very friendly at breakfast. Hotel very clean throughout. Pool and piano were nice extra features. Was noisy very late one night between 12 and 3am.

Great stay in a beautiful hotel. The interior and exterior was just so tranquil. Unfortunately as our room was outside the building the WiFi did not reach us, so we were unable to get WiFi during our stay.

Good stay, in a less touristy part of Brussels.

Room had cool decor. Loved the heated pool - it is small, but we were there in late October, so we had it to ourselves.

Restaurant and bar are not open on Sundays and Mondays. Brussels is already quite quiet on those days, it would have been nice to be able to have the hotel facilities to get a drink when everything within a few blocks was closed.

A very pleasant family stay

We were greeted by a really helpful member of staff at reception, really appreciated being able to leave luggage before check in time, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and very good value, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely. Bath and shower lovely and a big thankyou to housekeeping staff who freshened up the room each day.

Location was further out of town which we were expecting but the alley the hotel is located down felt less than desirable especially at night time. Room was hot, no fridge in room. Had read previous reviews about the lift- a paper sign was on the outside of the lift saying maximum 3 people which made me feel uneasy

Never again!!

The location is good, some of the feature presented on booking were nice and according to reality, breakfast was good, and there were free umbrellas for the guests to borrow.

The hotel is hard to find, no parking whatsoever, the lobby, breakfast room and the room itself are very dark with poor natural and artificial lightning and shabby... the room we got was on the attic, right next to the elevator (314), with a very small roof window, which closes automatically when it rains, of course! And it rains a lot in Bruxelles!! So here we are, with the only window closed and NO air conditioning, in the summer!!! It was dark and humid and hot! No pictures on booking with this kind of room! Thins kind of room should not be offered for rent, because there is no air in it !! All of the online pictures shows rooms with big windows and a lot of light... that seems a little misleading to me!! To add more horror to the story, being up since 4 am to catch the flight, trying to get some sleep, but on the first night here, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and went on and on for minutes, and it was extremely loud and scary, nobody from the staff came to tell us anything what was going on, guests were on the hallway ... it stopped eventually. No fire, of course. We could not sleep for hours after that, and then, the alarm went off again 3 times in the early morning. Night from hell!! In the morning, nobody came with an appology or an explanation, only when we explicitly ask, we were told there was a malfunction and to write an email to the mangement if I have a complain... so I wrote it, and the answer came very late, before the last day, to say they offer for all the mess a free breakfast... We were very dissapointed, we stayed over time in many hotels, from 2 to 5 stars and never experienced such a thing.

The tiny swimming pool was very nice. The room was charming in its way. The beds were very comfortable, and the view of the garden was also lovely.

We were woken throughout the nights by the loud closure of the corridor doors. The smoke of cigarettes from people under the room made the room smell disagreeable. There was no storage in the room except a few open shelves, so we were surrounded by our bags and clothes which felt disorderly.

Amazing, really enjoyed the time there!

Love the vibe of the hotel! The room is so well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location as well (even though it’s in a quieter street, it feels safe).

Not not liking it, but it’s interesting that the pillows are in square, not rectangle, but it’s okay, they’re still comfortable!

Altogether the hotel, staff and facilities exceeded our expectations and is highly recommended! Its also very accessible in terms of transport.

The neighbourhood is nice but can feel a bit unsafe when heading back to hotel late (own opinion for a group of girls)
