Excellent family room

Room was very spacious and very suitable for staying with my wife and 2 kids. The bed was very big, however one of the sides seemed to be a little tilted due to long use.

Would have to pay extra for a baby crib. In the end we did not use as the bed was very spacious.

Every thing was more than perfect. This is the best 4-5 stars Hôtel experience I had in Europe. The check in staff was very supportive, Room was very spacious and super clean and the location is perfect

Great place to stay in Brussels

Attentive Front Desk staff, especially Arnold who gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived very tired at 11.45pm at night.

We didn't have breakfast as it seemed very expensive compared to other similar hotels we have stayed at.

The proximity to o all attractions was brilliant

There was mould in the shower room. For the price I paid I expect the least to have a room free if mould. There was a random water bottle under the sofa bed and lots of dust which seems to me that under the sofa was never cleaned before which is disappointing as we want to return to Belgium for Christmas period but due to lack of cleanliness I will need to find a different hotel :(

The bed was a proper king size bed and not two singles !! And the pillows and shower were perfect! The room was huge.

The Check out Guy was not so professsional. He let the place down a bit. The corridor and lift can be cleaned up a bit

A great stopping spot for a trip to Brussels

We had a great stay here. We loved the conveneient location and the room was big and had everything we needed for our family of four. Coffee, tea, pullout bed and a good night's sleep for everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Thon Hotel in Brussels and cannot recommend it enough! The room was impressively spacious, featuring a very comfy and huge bed that made for restful nights. The cleanliness of the room and the spacious bathroom added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the fantastic breakfast, which offered a full variety of delicious options and nice coffee to start the day right. Brussels itself is a beautiful city, and the hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore all the sights. Overall, my experience at Thon Hotel was fantastic, and I would gladly return on my next visit!

It was a good hotel with some issues

There were too many flies on one corner of the breakfast. When asked staff replied that it’s due to fruit. However he then changed the trays with flies

Hotels seems quite new, rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. It’s well located, not quite in the centre but can get there in 20-25 mins walk. It is reasonably priced.

Great hotel, very comfortable and large rooms

Very nice large family room with lots of space. The room had a large king size and a large sofa bed. TV had Netflix etc which was good for some downtime after sightseeing. Breakfast was expensive so we grabbed pastries from local places instead. Near all the shops which was nice. Great to have the in room tea making facilities and fridge with complementary water. A very nice large hotel.

Location was good for shopping but a good 25 min walk to Grand Palace. The bathroom was nice and large but the water did leak out of the shower cubical.

The location is close enough to the center and the breakfast was very nice

The hotel has some serious issues with the staff. The transfer that we’ve booked with them was noted wrong and instead of a regular car we’ve got a minivan and had to pay for it. For the way back they again booked a minivan despite us repeating 3 times we don’t need it. I’ve also paid cash for the hotel and nevertheless they’ve charged my credit card for the whole sum. 8 days past I still don’t have the sum returned! Unbelievable! Never had a case like this

Loved it

Room was very spacious and luxurious. Bathroom was also big with double sinks and a big bathtub. There was a separate toilet and coffee machine in the room. Nice big windows which let in lots of light too but good blackout curtains to also block it out. Good location, can get the tram a couple minutes down the road or the metro or bus about a 10 minute walk away.

The gym was decent but only one of each machine and some machines didn’t work and there was only one mat available. Would be good if there was a steam room as well as sauna and even better with a pool. The breakfast was expensive at €23pp though it was a nice buffet. Would have preferred thicker and bigger towels too to match the luxurious feel of the room but they were very thin and basic ones instead. Also more coffee pods would be good as we only got 2 a day and the coffee machine deformed a few so they were wasted and no spares

Excellent room, very clean, nicely decorated. Amazing bed - loved the sauna too. Location excellent for some great restaurants - a great choice only 500 meters away
