It did the job and would recommend it providing you don't think its central.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms with some shops and different eateries a short walk away day and night. Staff very friendly and helpful and it was clean all around. Its perfect for getting to the Exhibition Centre via Metro.

Wasn't as central as we thought and breakfast was not value for money at 20 euros so we got a coffee and croissant from the bakery down the road.

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Loved that they had free coffee – a great touch! Overall, a good stay.

Good location, but the room had a noticeable smell and cleanliness could be improved. The window lock was broken, preventing any ventilation. Fixing the lock and a deeper clean would make a big difference.

The wooden floor is very noisy. You wake up everyone in the room if you step on it during the night, going to the bathroom A small fridge would have been useful The bathroom door lock wasn’t working

Comfortable hotel for a city break in Brussels

Great location, comfortable bed and large airy bathroom.

Room was very hot and the a/c wouldn’t operate. I was told it was because the outside temperature was below a certain level. Advised to keep windows open which meant a certain level of street noise. Small niggle on an otherwise good visit.

Great overnight stay

All staff were very helpful and we felt very comfortable and welcomed in this hotel. We stayed one night so didn't have much chance to explore just how much is around the hotel but it was a short walk from some bars and restaurants. You can buy drinks at the hotel bar at a very reasonable price and take it to your room if you wish.

The property was in a good location. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

In the description in booking, they wrote that they have parking which actually they do not. If you want to park you have to park in a public parking near the hotel while paying €28 per day. I found this to be misleading because I actually booked this place in accordance that they had parking however, I found out when I was there that they actually did not and I had to pay 28 € per day. No compensation was made and actually the hotel did not react to my claim. If you’re going with a car, you would have no parking included. Second thing that I did not like is that the floor was wood, and it makes squeaky noises when one walks in the room, and therefore you’re able to hear everything from the people above you and under you.

Room was big, spacious with everything you need. But ventilation in the room was not great. Location is great. You can walk to most of the attractions or take public transport. Also there was a parking space managed by third party which I used and was happy with that. We managed our own breakfast. There was a store in front of the Hotel where you can get your daily needs.

Comfortable, clean & modern hotel with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere

The staff were helpful and friendly. The area in the lobby was relaxed & much more quiet than we anticipated it would be. The location was great too for us to get around Brussels.

Loved it

A quirky hotel that was so different to the standard hotels. The room was spacious and well appointed. My only problem was having a bath instead of a walkin shower as I have a mobility problems. However this was not insurmountable. We will definitely return.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast. Great to have a courtyard to sit in when it's so hot!

Receptionist had not been informed by manager that I'd asked for a quiet room (after serious problems with noise during my previous stay) Room was very hot when I arrived - it would have been great to close the curtains and window to keep the heat out.

Good Hotel, Great Location

The hotel itself, the rooms and facilities were good.

Room was very hot. AC controls are at reception which is strange. The lift also made strange sounds which was not comforting.
