Great value, location, and staff.

The room was exceptionally quiet, well-appointed, and huge by Brussels standards. As a former apartment block converted to a hotel, it had everything you need amenities-wise. I also was in need of a phone charger, and they graciously supplied a loaner to me, which was a real life-saver!

I was a little sad that the hotel bar closed at 7pm on a Friday. It would have been nice to have that an option. Not a deal-breaker, but it was a bit sad.

Extremely pleased. 100% recommend

The room was very spacious. Small kitchen area, great coffee machine and plenty of cups. Also appreciate that the TV had channels from the Netherlands(but also French, Italian, British ones etc). Very stylish design and nice coffee books. Staff is very friendly, great breakfast and lastly: great location. There are many nice restaurants and bars, especially near Flagey

Controls to turn bath/shower water on and off - along with setting temperature - is baffling if you don't know how to use. At minimum, they need a sign with instructions.

Excellent boutique hotel. A rare find!

The room was lovely and bright. On the 8th floor with lots of light. Comfortable and modern and has a fully stocked kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove and Nespresso coffee machine). Good air-conditioning too. The best part about the hotel is the breakfast area. It looks like a modern library/lounge interconnected with a bar, which is also next to the reception. It really works. It's beautifully designed and very relaxing and welcoming. At breakfast, the seeded bread and butter they offer are divine! Also most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the consierge.

The only thing that was a bit unusual, but doesn't make much of a difference, is that you enter the hotel on the ground floor, but check-in/reception is on the first floor. On the ground floor, there's a concierge behind a small desk who will welcome you upon arrival and explain everything.

Wonderful place to stay in Brussels with a lot of space and welcoming staff.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. For an extended stay, the room is more like a small apartment in a nice building and was very comfortable, clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

A wonderful save from a miserable evening

We stayed there only for one night, not even for 12 hours as our Eurostar train was cancelled. As we were upset about the train and didn’t care which hotel to go to, I booked this one without even looking into and it was perfect. This is what I needed there and then. A beautiful, chick suite with balcony and sofa. Immaculately clean and fresh. Lovely toiletries and very comfortable bed. Staff was just amazing. Very helpful, smiley, accommodating and understanding. It is a little bit far from the city centre. The suite has a full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, big fridge, etc), so it is perfect for self catering. Absolutely lovely. Thank you for turning our miserable evening into a charming evening 🙂

Great property. Fantastic space. Plenty of room. Kitchen and living room in addition to the bedroom made it feel like an apartment. Bathroom was large and modern. The balcony with a table and chairs was the icing on the cake. Outstanding.

Loved staying here, comfy,

Absolutely loved staying here. The suite was really nice! It has a full kitchen, living room area and the bed was very comfy. I slept great! The staff are so welcoming and friendly as well. The location is very convenient too and I was even able to take the bus to Grand Central station with ease and taxis / Ubers were readily available. Nice restaurants nearby as well! I highly recommend it!

A Hidden, Beautiful, and Perfect Location.

Thia place's location is one of the best you could find when visiting Brussels. There is a tram/ bus stop approximately 2 minutes away that you could take you to any main metro Srstion, shops, supermarket, convenient store, pharmacy. Perfect location. The place is clean, beautifully decorated, warm, and cozy. And despite being on the main road, it's completely soundproof. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful. I was fortunate to check-in early, giving that the room was available, and I really appreciated it, especially after over 12h of flight. I loved the place, and I intend to go back again.

While there was every basic stuff in the kitchen, I would suggest to the management to add a paper towel for easy cleanup. Other than, really nothing to report.

The suite was big, it was equipped with a kitchen, kitchenware, fridge, a good bed and bathroom. Goos for long stays.

A few things were not great, like the bathroom in general which was looking good, but was not functional. Room temperature was apparently fixed as the panel did not allow me to change temp (or I couldn't figure it out), so it was a bit annoying during the night. I also forgot a phone charger in my room, but after checking out nobody notified me: it's my fault of course, but I would have liked that. Also, kind of expensive if you don't plan to use all the facilities the structure provides.

One of the best stays that I had

The hotel room is more a like a serviced apartment than your traditional, or regular, hotel room. It has everything you need for a longer stay. Room service is daily. Hotel staff is more than friendly, they are very responsive to your needs and/or requests; this includes every single person from the hotel: not just the receptionists. I wish more places are like this one. The location of the property is not a minus whatsoever because the public transport in Brussels is on point so you won't have any issues reaching or leaving the hotel if you don't rent a car. We'll definitely book again here when we come back to Brussels.

The pillows and/or the bed took a while to get used to and get comfy in. I'm not saying there were bad; it's just a matter of what you're used to at home.

We had a really good time there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were even allowed a it earlier in our room when checking in. The location is really good, supermarket and bakeries are very close and the park near by was perfect for running, including the way to and fro. Tram station to the city centre is right in front of the hotel entrance, but one can also have a nice walk there.

Everything was perfect, only a very small thing bothered me, when we let our room to be cleaned (we did it only once during our week+ stay), the room was not vacuum cleaned. Perhaps, if we'd let it cleaned everyday that would be done at some point. Otherwise everything felt clean in the room.
