Beautiful original Art Nouveau gem in a picturesque location. Lots of nearby architectural gems, cafes and good restaurants and run by lovely hosts.

Great rooms - beautiful & historic building. Quite area filled with students, restaurants, diplomats. Great access to running paths. 20 min walk or 10 min bus to central sites.

This is the most wonderful place to stay. Beautiful and characteristic 1930s house with all bedrooms decorated individually in different styles. We stayed in the top floor room offering a great view of the neighbourhood from the bathroom. Comfortable large bed and a spacious room with good clothes storage.
The owner Vincent is very charming, chatty and welcoming. Definitely will return again and highly recommend to others if planning a trip to Brussels. Easy to get into the centre via public transport.
No milk or English tea - this is just a personal preference. There is a fridge in the room with kettle and coffee machine. Need to bring your own milk.

Location was very central but parking was an issue very expensive no property parking.
Breakfast was fine typical continental breakfast but was fair value for money.
No shower in the room. Large bath and taps did not work so we had to run the hand shower in the bath. Double basin was very handy but one tap was out of order. Light in the next room was permanently on in the night shining threw a glass window.
