la qualité de l’accueil lors de mon séjour. Un grand merci à Sundass, ainsi qu’au jeune homme présent le mardi 11, pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur sourire. Ils ont été très professionnels, efficaces, disponibles et particulièrement agréables. La chambre était également grande, spacieuse et propre, ce qui a contribué à rendre mon séjour très agréable. Une expérience vraiment positive, avec une équipe accueillante qui mérite d’être félicitée. Merci à Sundass et à son collègue pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse ! 🌟
petit point à améliorer concernant la télévision : elle était réglée avec une fonction de description audio destinée aux personnes malvoyantes, ce qui était assez gênant pour regarder les programmes. J’ai demandé de l’aide à la personne présente à l’accueil ce jour-là, mais malheureusement, elle n’a pas pu modifier ce réglage.
