Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

Room was clean and the air conditioning was good. The shower was really nice, with a normal head and a large shower head too. There was only two sticks of coffee, one normal and one decaffeinated which when used didn't get replenished. There was no drawer space unfortunately but we managed The only problem we had was the Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with noisy and rattling beds. After this we had a quieter time and there was no problems with the hotel. This obviously wasn't a fault of the hotel but made for a tired couple of days. Reception staff seemed nice. Overall a nice hotel in the heart of Châtelain We didn't get chance to try the breakfast .

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. There a few restaurants nearby and a shop open from 6pm-3am opposite the hotel. The room is spacious, modern and has A/C. I would say the amenities are very basic and they only give you 1 small pillow (had to use a cushion as well). The room did feel quite depressing as there was no decor (just a grey brick wall). On the whole, with some minor improvements to the decor and adding some more amenities, this stay would’ve been greatly improved.

Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

I was here for only 2 nights so it was perfect. 1. The lobby is clean and inviting, check in was fast and reception staff are kind and helpful. 2. On my first night, the toilet flush wasn’t functioning and the water kept running. The receptionist immediately came over and fixed it. She must have been an engineer in her past life as she knew exactly what to do! I didn’t get her name (short hair and glasses), she was excellent. 3. The location is close to good restaurants (Green Burger, Feta, Kafei and Poh Thai) and a Carrefour express and also walkable to other neighborhoods. 4. The bed was very comfortable and there’s a kettle to make tea.

Property is in a quiet area with lots of dining options and transportation links. The room was clean and the check-in really fast. After check-out there is a possibility for free luggage storage. What I didn't like this time is that there were no hand towels provided. Maybe they stopped providing those as in previous stays I remember there were some in my room.

It's IBIS so you do expect small rooms and they where. Having said this, the hotel, room etc. was very efficient. New, well kept, modern, clean, efficient and having exactly what you need and wish for. I'd be very happy to return again one day. Excellent place, location and good value for money.

Very good stay. We did not understand why we had to wait so long to check in. We arrived late but then had to wait while the receptionist had to do things like the dishes (for some reason). So we waited about 40 minutes to do a check in that takes about 2 minutes.

The hotel is at a very busy road which is very loud but in the centre. Also, the hotel advertises their unique service with offering adapters only to send you then to the next door shop where you have to pay for them. Also, no coffee bags, just tea which is not even replaced once you use one.

The place is in a quiet area. There are many excellent dining options in this neighborhood. The rooms themselves are small, but very well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay.

The restobar is clean and the open policy worked well to meet with my team and collaborate with our laptops and drinks. The rooms were clean and well appointed and somehow the beds were super comfortable! I don't know how they accomplished that with the minimalist structure of the bed! These rooms are Tokyo small - TINY! But they are functional and have nice bathrooms and showers. I believe the rooms on the other side of the hall are more spacious. (There's a tip for you! Ask to be on the same side as the elevator.) At the time we were staying at the hotel (COVID) they frequently only had one person working. They covered serving drinks and food, checking people in, and taking care of all customer concerns. This sometimes left us and others waiting some time for assistance and really isn't fair to the sole employee. If you're looking for a nice clean and safe space to close your eyes at night, this is a great choice.

The rooms are good only if you are alone or if you just want to sleep, take a shower and leave, no place to sit down and socialize. We were at the hotel for five nights and the staff at the front desk were lousy. One night around 11 o'clock we heard the fire alarm and when we came down to the reception no one was there. Thank goodness it was a false alarm. A guy showed up 10 minutes after the fire department was on site. Breakfast is expensive and with that money you can buy breakfast in nearby cafes. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street that are free in the evenings. The hotel's garage is very crowded and also expensive compared to the garage within walking distance of the hotel. We were three people and had two rooms. Both rooms lacked standard curtains, only blackout curtains. You could not pull up the curtains because you have the neighbor's window directly opposite. Very stingy and impractical! The cleaning is so-so and had to discuss with the cleaner every morning that we are two in the room and therefore we need two bath towels!
