The staff was lovely, Alessia at the front desk even gave my dad extra of his favorite tea! The bed was very comfortable and the area the hotel is in was very nice and easily connected with transportation.
As the room faced the street, it could be a bit loud. We had to leave the window open because the air was not on yet and it was over 27 degrees in the hotel.

Location was great - close to good pubs and restaurants. Short trip on the tram into the city.
Very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, nice and clean. Staff we dealt with were lovely.
Air con didn’t work so the room was hot.

Location, shower beds
Breakfast choices were basic even compared to other ibis hotels I have stayed at recently.
The rooms were very plain with no decorative features at all, felt very cold and clinical some design is needed
