A good place to stay while in Brussels

The location is nice, not very far away from the city center. The room was clean and had everything I needed there.

It is absolutely worth it!

The hotel is located in a very nice area, close to the city centre and very easy to find. The room was super big and comfortable, very calm and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the washroom was very clean. The staff were super friendly and supportive.

Lovely staff (reception, house keeping, kitchen), centrally located in nice neighbourhood with all you need in walking distance, spacious room.

The room was great! Spacious and comfortable.

The doors could be sound proof. We got a room close to the elevator and it was quite noisy. Also, we relied on the information about parking being available and, upon arrival, found out it was not exactly the case - the hotel has a limited number of parking spots which were all taken. The only one available was for small cars and ours would not fit.

Lift was hit or miss if it worked, 6 flights of stairs with a dodgey handrail. Very small car park so no spaces and local car park was very bad reviews for car break ins

OK hotel but some staff very rude and never smiling or saying hi.

I liked the bed and the spaciousness. Also, the location is fairly quiet and central. We had a good sleep there and we enjoyed the surroundings plus the lack of noise..

Some parts are old and not the cleanest Carpet walls, etc. I was also adly treated by the receptionist, one of the evenings . We stayed 4 nights and 3 without any issues. Last night I was going to my room after 23h am as we did every evening. My boyfriend stayed behind as he was parking. I entered and said hi to the receptionist and started walking towards the stairs. At that point, he shouted after me to stop and show my card in a very rude way. I asked the reason since the room was paid and I was just going to my room. He was extremely rude. I don't know what he was thinking I was doing in the hotel:) Maybe some prostitutes go there ,no idea. However, I was dressed in jeans and t-shirt so far from the Av Louise prostitutes look.. Luckily my boyfriend came we showed the card and left to our room. I was never asked by any receptionist in any of the hotels of my life to show the card. It felt awkward , and the manner he spoke pissed me really off. This incident makes us disregard this hotel for our next trips, which are with monthly frequency to Brussels. Pity as all the rest was fine except this guy who should change jobs.

Great location and excellent value for money

The hotel was perfect for a weekend in Brussels. Modern and very clean. Only 2 tube stops from the Eurostar train station and easy to find the hotel. Lots of great cafes, mini supermarkets and shops nearby.

Everything was exceptional!

The hotel room was very spacious, pretty and luxurious, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great as well and had different options for you to choose. Everything was clean. When I booked through the website, for some reason they charged me twice for the room and I hadn't even noticed! On the day of our arrival, the staff at the reception explained I had been charged twice and said they had already arranged for me to get the money back, which I did!! I really appreciated their honesty and how everything turned out! Would definitely stay here again :)

Very good value for the money

Hotel Agenda Louise is a really good hotel for the money value. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped, and it was very quite during the evening. Everything we needed was close by and all things we wanted to see were in a walking distance. We didn’t use the public transportation but tram station is just around the corner.

Spacious room not far away from central station

Huge room with large king-size bed and work desk. You will have a lot of space there. Tram station is nearby, also it's not far away from Central train station.

Bathroom could be bit larger, breakfast has little choice, but still ok.

Good value for the money

- big room - comfortable bed - nice neighborhood - close to tram

- old towels, some of them were ripped - no hand soap - AC not working - the door doesn’t isolate that well, we could hear noises from the hall

Good hotel and Friendly staff

Hotel was clean and the front desk staff 'Ryan' was extremely helpful, Rooms were clean and spacious. just the lighting in the room is little odd but that's not a game changer. Location -2 min walk to Defacqz tram station and 10mins to Royal palace. if u can spend 15-20 mins for transportation to get central this is a good location. There is a supermarket close to the hotel and few restaurants if needed.

Eventhough Ryan provided us a 30 mins early check in, should be great if they can allow guest to check in early (happy to pay extra), we had a long flight before reaching the Brussels so would have loved to check in at 1.30pm, but appreciate the efforts made. Dinning area is small and compact ( only applicable if your going to have breakfast) Lift was small and only fits 2 max ( I didn't face issues, just FYI)
