Perfect location a few miles from Lucca. Brea pool. Owner is gracious. Room and courtyard very nice and relaxing. Perfect spot in quiet location

Beautiful property and an enjoyable family break in a lovely location. Hosts were so friendly and worked so hard to ensure our stay was of the highest standard.

This accommodation was like staying in a movie . Beautiful grounds with pool and the room was lovingly decorated with antique style furnishings. I had the best sleep ever.
Nescafé coffee machine in the room and small fridge which was useful
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
We didn’t realise how far away from Luca we were. It’s about a 20 min drive. Taxi costs about 40 euro one way. However there is a bus stop just outside the property which we used a few times to and from Lucca. The owners were so helpful with this.

Well maintained.
Coffee machine in room was good and there was a good little fridge.
Also the room was spotlessly cleaned
Couldn’t access WiFi in my room. Too far from the router - outside was fine.
No breakfast or bar, although local facilities were very close.
BBQ available but no coals or firelighters or matches - you need to bring everything!!
It was VERY expensive but it was July in Tuscany. If I had paid half it would have been great value for money but for what we paid I could have stayed in Monaco for 4 nights!!!
