Everything here was beautiful - the grounds, the pool and the room itself. It is very restful - in a small village nestled in the hills close to Lucca. The owners were very approachable and exceedingly nice. The running of the villa is clearly extremely close to their hearts and it has a lovely family history attached. Thanks, Daniella, we really loved our stay.
We liked everything about it.

Lovely people managing the property, very hospitable and kind.
The only thing lacking was hotel amenities or complimentary toiletries ( cotton bud / shower cap: tissues )
Also would be nice to serve breakfast.

Exceptional heritage property. Owners so very kind, interested and thoughtful. Warm welcome and delightful
There was nothing to dislike. The setting was elegant and stunning. The owners enjoyed sharing their property.

Well maintained.
Coffee machine in room was good and there was a good little fridge.
Also the room was spotlessly cleaned
Couldn’t access WiFi in my room. Too far from the router - outside was fine.
No breakfast or bar, although local facilities were very close.
BBQ available but no coals or firelighters or matches - you need to bring everything!!
It was VERY expensive but it was July in Tuscany. If I had paid half it would have been great value for money but for what we paid I could have stayed in Monaco for 4 nights!!!
