Comfortable route to the restaurant. The staff was friendly . The organization with the transport to the ski slopes was good.

There was congestion in the parking area in front of the reception, and it was icy as well. There was a persistent unpleasant odor in the studio, separate from the smell of cooked food coming from the restaurant below. The ventilation was inadequate. The spa was not adequate — it was too small for the number of guests. Some of the porcelain floor tiles were loose and sounded hollow when stepped on. Too big for me. Not cozy. More expensive then it deserves.

Dear Booking.com team me and my family had an awful evening and night at forest nook hotel, reset I cancelled right when we arrived on Friday and we left on Saturday early in the morning, no one told us that there was school children camp of 520 kids , which mad an awful noise till 12 pm in the evening, additional drunk teachers were celebrating in the restaurant till 11:30 pm with loud music, and our room was right above it. We asked in the evening to be moved somewhere else, to turn off the music as we couldn’t sleep, to settle rules for the screaming kids running in the floors, no one from the hotel did something. Then we called 112 the police. Than when we left in the morning the hotel owner agreed not to pay cancellation fee. As he was embarrassed by the police visit and the nightmare conditions of his hotel.

Very disappointing. Waste of money

the moment we left

We had to complain to the manager with regards to the misleading information booking.com advertises. Photos of the Two-Bedroom Apartment we booked does not correspond to the apartments that we were given . Facilities not as per the photos. Completely different.Very dated and damaged equipment in a very small room. Our home gym has better functionality. Pool gets overcrowded if more than 4 people are present. Complex largely extended long and confusing route to the spa. . We had to leave the hotel and look for an alternative

Execrabil din punc de vedere al cazării !!!

Nu mi-a plăcut absolut nimic !!! Totul execrabil

Foarte multă mizerie, mirosea extrem de urat a mucegai în cameră, mâncarea aceiași atât de dimineață cat și seara ( la cină nu îți ofereau nimic de băut, nici măcar apă erai nevoit să ți le plătești ), au spus că avem gratuit la zona de relaxare dar ne-au perceput o taxă de 7€/persoană pentru mentenanță.

Yenileme ve onarımlar giderildiği takdirde ailece 2-3 gün güzel vakit geçirilebilecek bir otel

Havuz sauna olanakları güzeldi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri güzeldi. Otoparkı mevcuttu otel manzarası güzeldi odalar uygun sıcaklıktaydı

Tesisteki tüm oyun amaçlı kullanıma sunulmuş teçhizatlar oldukça kötü kullanıma bağlı yıpranmış ve bir çoğu kullanım dışıydı. ( bilardo sopalarının uçları kırılmış, airhokey aletının kapaklarını çocuklar açmış ve kullanım dışıydı , masa tenisi topu patlaktı) havuzda kullanılacak bornoz terlik ücretli olması tuhaftı. Havuz ve sauna ucretsızken aynı bölgedeki jakuzı de ücretliydi.

Bölgede kar yoktu bundan dolayı hiç bir şey çalışmıyordu. Tesiste belirtilen bilardo ve masa tenisi yoktu, jakuzi faal değildi sorduğumuzda yeni testler yapılıyor dendi, sezon başlamamış gibi ve otelde zamanımızı geçirmek istiyorduk ama otel dolu olmasına rağmen yapacak hiçbir şey yoktu.

Нищо не беше хубаво освен киното

Стаята пълна мизерия , миризмата от тоалетната се усещаше и 2 етажа надолу , да не говорим че някой пържеше нещо от някъде и аспирацията го вкарваше в стаята на децата , блок масата отврат едни и същи безвкусни боламачи , абе в по мизерен хотел не сме били , а цените им са като на 5 звезден.

Чист и топъл хотел с усмихнат персонал ЗАДЪЛЖЕН от управата ДА ПОДВЕЖДА КЛИЕНТИТЕ

Хотелът е много голям и хаотичен, удобствата са в най-различни краища на сградата с особено труден достъп до тях. Басейна и СПА центъра (ако може така да де нарече) нямат капацитет да поберат дори и 1/4 от гостите което го прави претъпкан шумен и много неприятен. Водата в басейна е мръсна и много студена (в никакъв случай за деца!!!) съоръженията са в окаяно състояние. Достъпът до рецепция (настаняване и напускане) се превръща в истинско изпитание особено ако сте с малки деца и по-голяма кола. Кухнята е меко казано задоволителна (никакво съотвествие на цената с качеството ). Беше ни заявена и обещана стая с гледка към планината а ни настаниха над паркинга. Вратата на душ кабината я нямаше и всичко се мокреше обилно (поради куп причини 2 дена ни заблуждаваха че ще бъдем преместени в друга стая но така и не се случи). За тази цена със сигурност има много по-добре опции за качествена почивка без стрес.

Уникална гледка! Много вкусна храна. Любезен персонал (без момичето на рецепция, която нямаше идея как е попаднала там и за какво е сложена)

* Направихме резервация за две семейства с 5 деца. 2 от децата са с двигателно увреждане, като едното е изцяло в количка. Това не знаеха, разбира се, но все пак - 5 деца. Никой от хотела не си направи труда да ни се обади и да ни предупреди, че апартаментите ни са в допълнителна сграда. Да, имаше 'топла връзка' (умирахме от студ там, постоянно бяха отворени външните врати), но общо от апартаментите ни до ресторант и басейн имаше може би километър по лабиринт от каменни стъпала, студени коридори, качване и слизане пеша (с 5 деца, едното в количка, още едно с по-леко двигателно увреждане). За сравнение - преди това резервирахме в друг голям хотел за същите дати, до 2 часа след резервацията ни се обадиха да ни попитат дали сме видели условията в резервацията, тъй като извън сезона басейнът им не работел. От тук никой не ни се обади. Не бяхме ходили там и нямахме представа. * Басейнът е поне 5 пъти по-малък, отколкото показват снимките. * Интернетът е като НЛО - всеки е чувал за него, но никой не го е виждал. * Парното се пуска в 19 вечерта. Прибираме се от басейна, минаваме около километър по адски студ, каменни стъпала (мноооого на брой), студени коридори, и се прибираме в студени стаи. * Стълбите в мезонетите са много стръмни и необезопасени. Точно под тях са ТВ секциите с остри ръбове. Ако се подхлъзнеш, отиваш директно на тях. * Във въпросната 'допълнителна сграда' имаше отделен вход с отделна рецепция, която обаче не работеше. На главен път, няма рецепция, няма охрана, а входът е отворен и всеки може да влезе. * Никакви мерки в ресторанта. Хората са един върху друг, на бюфета нямаше никой с маски и ръкавици. Нямаше и табела поне, която да подсеща за това. * В банята няма завеса, душът пръска и 4 дни не можа да изсъхне.
