Хотела е занемарен, трябва му ремонт. През лятото поради малката посещаемост басейна е неизползваем 21 градуса?! Стайте са доста големи, храната е хубава (ресторанта е с друг собственик), персонала е вежлив и услужлив, паркинга е добър. Хотела е на малко разстояние от гр. Смолян и Пампорово. Проблем е свлачището, но през с. Стойките може да се стигне.
Басейна и спа центъра.

Комфортът на стаята
Нямаше санитарни материали - сапуни, шампоани, включително нямаше сапун в диспансера в тоалетните към ресторанта. Това е единствения минус.

Хотелът е разположен извън града, което на нас много ни допадна. Обстановката беше спокойна , а персонала изключително вежлив и готов да помогне с каквото може.
За наше съжаление не успяхме да ползваме басейна, понеже беше след профилактика и водата не беше достигнала градуси за да й се насладим.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Apartment sehr geräumig.
Viele Kleinigkeiten im Apartment defekt (Duschhalter, Bettlampe etc). Der Pool war nicht in Betrieb. Angeblich wäre dies angegeben gewesen. Für uns war es nicht erkennbar. Während unserer Zeit wurde der Pool dann aufgefüllt, so dass wir 2 Tage kein fließendes Wasser im Apartment hatten. (Der Fairness halber: auf unserer Beklagen hin wurde das Wasser wieder umgeleitet in die Wohnung)
