Cold swimming pool. Cold corridors. Cold area around the pool and spa area.

No good value for money
I was close to the main road connecting Smolyan and Pamporovo.
I booked a 2 room apartment with Kitchenette and when I entered the apartment the Kitchenette wasn't there it was dismantled.The tables and furniture were dusty also the TV in the living room wasn't there only the wall mount was there.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
It seems the hotel has had a make over few weeks before our stay so some of the parts looked unfinished and the room felt a bit empty with a clear sign of the recent construction. The spa wasn't working because we stayed 2 weeks before the tourist season began but it wasn't mentioned in the offer.

Nice hotel, clean and new renovated. All stuff and specialy Emil where super nice.
We where after the ski season, so we where the only guests. We Had problem with internet, it was fixed at the end, but the hotel compensate us.

Персоналът беше много отзивчив и любезен. Обръщаха персонално внимание на нуждите ни и се грижиха за комфорта ни. Мястото е много просторно и приветливо. Има ресторант, голям басейн, сауна и парна баня включени в цената на нощувката. Ползвахме всички съоръжения в релакс зоната и останахме много доволни. Много тихо и спокойно място е също така. Идеално е за отдих и отмора както и за отсядане за забавление. Намира се в началото на града, непосредствено преди табелата на Смолян. Мога да заявя, че ниските коментари дадени за това място са напълно без покритие! Съветвам всеки колебаещ се заради тях (както бяхме и ние), да не ги взема в предвид. Резервирайте смело и се отдайте на спокойствие и релакс в това страхотно място! 🙂
