Warm, clean, comfortable room
The reastaurant menu is the same as at Perelik, which gives you nonoptions. Also, in order for the kids to play we had to go to Perelik each time

Avilable rooms
Mattresses are crushed and not comfortable! Need replacement. Dinner was not tasty!

Great option to stay in Pamporovo. Comfy rooms, very good breakfast and nice garage for parking.
Spa was small and overcrowded, Perelnik spa centre is much better.

Great view and somehow nice refurbished suite.
Cleaning in the rooms is not sufficient. Food left on floor even after cleaning. Restaurant ridiculous, especially in the morning, too crowdy, tables not cleaned after first guest, staff quite disoriented. Suite is somehow refurbished but worn already out.

The view was stunning. There was direct connection from the underground garage to the lift. There is a person who is helping for the luggage. When you ask kindly the Ukrainian employees from the restaurant to fill up the missing stuff they do it in no time ( for example the fresh orange juice and the warm croissants).
The location is not really easy to find if you have never been in Pamporovo. The navigation found only hotel Perelik, but not Orlovetz. We were spinning in circle and then called the hotel for help. It came out that the phone is impulse number 0700… which cost additionally money. When you enter the building it looks like you are on a place where you are about to buy a train ticket. Receptionist not really cooperative. During our stay I asked one of the male receptionist if the parking near the Malina bus stop is paid, he claimed it is for free. On the next day I was charged 10lv. The same receptionist claimed he didn’t know about the changes. The towels and the toiletries were replaced partly ( for a 5 star hotel)! The underground garage was dirty, dark and full of water, but costs 10lv per day. Half of the day the door is open. In the restaurant there is cooking station for fresh Omelettes and pancakes, but the cook in charge was never there, you should send another person from the staff to search for her. The SPA is absurdly small. The water in the pool supposed to be 30 degrees (so claimed by the spa receptionist), but it was max 24 degrees. The aroma bath was not working for 3 days. The salt room should be switched on manually every 20 min by the receptionist, but you have to go and inform her first. The second day of our stay a group of 12 teenagers from UK turned the Spa to a party zone. It was impossible to relax, but the stuff ignore the situation on the costs of all other guests. Huge hotel, but mini Spa. A very bad impression from the restaurant stuff we got while during the breakfast at around 9:30 o’clock they started to prepare the tables for dinner and when new guests arrived for breakfast as it was stated that the breakfast is till 10:00 o‘clock the staff was pissed. Very huge minus for the transfer, they are never on time.

The staff was very polite, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is on an excellent location.
The room was very hot and you cannot control the heating.

Rooms are big enough and complete minibar.
For people used to stay at 5 stars hotels...this is not 5 star hotel. It is good hotel but to expensive for what they offer.

the extra bed was a single sofa, impossible to sleep on. very uncomfortable. The phone didn't work and the internet as well. Poor breakfast. The room temperature was so hot we had to sleep with the window open every night.

The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, staff is friendly.
The swimming pool in the SPA is far too small and in the afternoon very crowded. There is no swimming pool for children. You have to pay 20 BGN LV to stay 20 min. in the jacuzzi. Dinner was every day the same and sometimes not enough for the big groups of guests. Food needs definitely an improvement!

It was cold in the room

Breakfast is plentiful, the spa area is decent and a shuttle service to the ski zone is included.
The housekeeping was almost non-existent over the course of our 7-day vacation (no cleaning and no change of bedsheets during this period; even happened that room service plates were not collected the day after). Shuttle times could be slightly improved to allow for more flexibility.

The room, bathroom and the view.
Breakfast was very poor (yes, with fresh orange juice) but only with few categories and for some basic ones we're running short (eg. honey). When asked if they had some because the had it the day before, the answer was: yesterday was yesterday. And that was the general attitude, including reception encountering at the check in. Some facilities and the walls were old and unmaintain. It hardly reaches a 4 star hotel due to food offered, staff attitude and unmaintained aspect.

Good view and location. The breakfast was good. Hotel staff were nice, room was clean.
Definitely not worth its money. The bed was very uncomfortable, poor noise isolation so you can hear noises from all the other rooms. The spa had only half of the facilities working and it was very cold there. It was cold in the corridors as well. The room windows weren’t ceiled properly which means that cool air was going into the room from outside.

modern and comfortable rooms, great view
Half of the facilities in the Spa center are at an additional cost that nobody mentions anywhere on their website or even reception.
If there are too many people, spa is too small.

-the staff was suspiciously helpful and kind
- view from our balcony, that we requested to be changed from -1 floor to a higher floor.
- the room smelled like vet dog / vomit
- Walls were paper thin, it felt like we were living with our neighbours. Bad experience since we are a newly wed couple.
- really far from the ski lifts, and the shuttle is over crowded
- food tasted OK, but I have indigestion for the 2nd day now + high fever.
