The beds are awful. There are not enough loungers in the SPA area and are stolen by other people occasionally. The roof in the SPA area was leaking.

This is our third time at the hotel in the past year. Needless to say, if we have returned to the hotel so many times, it is because of the facilities, service, level of hospitality, the food and especially the spa facilities. Unfortunately, this time the experience was different and less than the previous two times. 1. The dining room: Although we were in a busy period, throughout our stay the food, both at dinner and at breakfast, was not hot enough. For example: It is true that we could have asked for an omelet to be prepared in the place and of course it arrived hot, but the fried eggs, which were prepared on a tray in advance, were completely cold. The same goes for the pancakes and the bonitza pastry. At dinner, the dishes served by the waiters from the kitchen were lukewarm to cold. This is the place to give a good mention to the team of waiters and hostesses who did their best to meet our requests. 2. The spa facilities, we were there exactly a year ago in October, and the water was much hotter than it was on our last visit. 3. Hot water in the shower - on the two previous visits we stayed in wing B but this time we were given two rooms in wing A, which were at the end of the corridor. The water in the shower was lukewarm no matter what time of day we went in to shower. 4. In one of the rooms the radiator did not work at all even though someone was called to the room. Here too I would like to give a positive note to the housekeeping staff for their courteous service and sometimes even with the language restrictions. 5. A point for improvement, in a relatively new hotel I would expect there to be an option to mirror the phone screen to the TV screen in the room and de8cide for me what I will watch on TV. Under the local language restrictions. I sent this message on 10/14/2025 via WhatsApp. Following your question about my stay at the hotel. So far, I have not received any response from the hotel regarding the writing of these lines.

Perfect for relaxation but can be improved for the value of money.

Comfortable and intimate hotel. Perfect for getaway and just reconnect with yourself and partner. Nature is a huge plus and all the SPA facilities perfectly working.

The cleaning can be improved. I asked for an iron and they just sent the maid for ironing services which were expensive. I found that not pleasant at all, and the manager hotel’s tone was not friendly at all, in the first place.

An exceptional experience from beginning to end — beautiful rooms, exquisite cuisine, wonderful staff, and a remarkable

Our stay at this luxury forest hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were incredibly elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style in every detail. The food was another highlight — rich, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our experience even more special. The spa area stood out with its originality and tranquil atmosphere — a true oasis of relaxation, combining nature-inspired elements with modern luxury ! :)

The place looked nice in photos, but the reality was different. The room wasn’t clean properly, and there was a strong smell. The shower was uncomfortable and leaked all over the floor. The water wasn’t hot, even after we were moved to a different room. Dinner was also disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. Service and communication were poor, and we didn’t feel welcome. Overall, not worth the price.

If you need a quiet place-go for this hotel.

I like that they managed to keep the unique and relax atmosphere of the hotel that was there before Kashmir. I also liked that the hotel is very quiet and a person can get a real rest. The option for a free hike was really nice compliment, the guide Maria (local girl) did a wonderful job in explaining the sightseeings nearby. I highly recommend the free hiking on Saturday:)

Spa paradise in the forest

Splendid hotel well worth its 5 stars. The design of the hotel was immaculate, the details were beautiful. Our room was very cozy and comfortable with a beautiful balcony. Located right next to the forest, all you could see around was trees. The spa facilities were exceptional and we truly enjoyed our experience. Especially the heated pools within the trees! There was a lot of space everywhere we went, never felt crowded. The restaurant offers really good quality food with beautiful dishes. The waiters are very good. We also liked the menu was different each night. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every situation. Finally, it was very clean, quiet and had plenty of parking space. You could enjoy true peace there. Overall we were left very impressed and would love to come back again!

The jacuzzi did not heat the water more than 37°. I'm not sure if it was broken, or that's how it was supposed to be but we were slightly disappointed that we couldn't enjoy a very hot water facility. The slippers are not nice quality, it was very slippery and my boyfriend fell and hurt his hand. They also broke easily. Best is to bring your own slippers! While the food on the first night was very delicious, the second night, it was disappointing. However, it was good quality food overall.

Probably the best SPA relax venue in Bulgaria for the moment.

Excellent SPA facilities with attention to every detail. Enough space so that it is not overcrowded although the hotel was full during the weekend. Very brave decision not to target families with children which deserve admiration. The food was perfect.

The hygiene condition of the spa, pool facilities exceed my expectation.

It is a bit on the pricier side, but if you could provide hotel-specific discount from Sofia or Plovdiv, that will be a lot easier and attractive or potential guests to get there.

Amazing hotel to relax and enjoy life

Stayed 4 nights in the end of June. The location in the forest is amazing. You hear the birds in the morning. The bed and the pillows were amazing. The spa facilities are great, the herbal sauna and the aroma steam bath were the best for me. Great detail are the guidelines on how to use them. The jacuzzis in the forest were my favourite alongside the swings in the relax zone. The food in the restaurant was spectacular, really five stars experience. Recommend for romantic getaway or a girls spa weekend.

They have a few details to sort out with time, like sunbeds near the pool that were a bit too close.

Relaxing atmosphere and not crowded at all, but we could almost have the whole spa to ourselves! Staff and food was also excellent.

Some small details on the rooms - I could not figure out how to do the complimentary coffee machine (instructions would be nice) and also the handles of the bathroom/toilet doors were not efficient.
