The SPA area was very good. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was great.
The shower area and the toilet offer no privacy. The TV so slow that it was unusable. The drinks at the lobby bar were terrible.

The hotel is nice and very clean
The staff in reception Spa need to be more trained when you waiting for some massage or treatment they should offer some drinks to the waiting people not to tell me is only 5 minutes wait. Also not enough space for seating in the Spa area. Waiting more than 20 minutes chairs to get available. The hotel doesn’t have live entertainment in the night also the small pool outside was 21 C temperature is still cold in the night for this kind of temperature. We are there on 8 March they never give us flower or some kind of congregation card . We are staying in one of apartments there was only one person named on the Tv screen instead of our family name everybody to feel welcome.
