Nice mountain location with hot mineral pools.

Nice location with mountain view and hot mineral pools, the finish sauna was hot enough and pools were well maintained. The breakfast was sufficient and choice of meals was adequate and well prepared.

The hydro massage pools were a bit outdated as they were programmed to work only for 15 min and then stopped for a 15 min break, it didn't make any sense. The pools were too crowded in the weekend when the hotel was full and this worked against relaxing well. We were a group of 5 and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, but there was no discount in the total cost, the studio was overpriced without added value and even no balcony. Dinner was delicious but overpriced.

Wonderful hotel with a great spa

Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. The spa is amazing - very welcoming staff, 3 pools with warm to hot water and spa rooms in great quality. The spa is open until 20 which is a great bonus when you're travelling during the day and resting in the spa after lunch. Breakfast is very good with a nice variety of everything you need. The room was huge and clean. I very much recommend this hotel and especially its spa

Rooms are very spacious and upgraded. I loved that they also had several inside heated pools. The spa is amazing.

The AC in the room did’t work, they sent someone to fix it but it didn’t cool the room and it was quite hot during the night.

The room and bathroom were quite spacious.

The headboard of the bed was falling apart(you can check out the photos), the bathroom was dirty and smelly. The restaurant was mediocre, the food we had was below what we expect from a “luxurious” hotel.

Great experience - clean and spacious room (more like the size of 2 standard rooms), facilities were clean, restaurant was great and the staff was well prepared and very polite. Spa center was great, it was clean and everything worked since the early hours.

Not that it depends on the hotel, but the road to it was very steep and in not so good condition, probably a challenge if wet or icy.
