Very clean, outstanding breakfast and Mountain View, spa area and facilities.
It was a small unpleasant experience- a small peace of broken glass injured me at a room we just got. It was small - about 6-7 mm, but that was painful…
Despite that, all the rest was very pleasant.

The room was quite big, but this was expected. Also the staff was very, very polite and nice. The pool water temperature was acceptable and there were enough chairs for the people around the pool. Also there were plenty of parking spaces for cars.
The breakfast was not good at all for the price of the hotel. Like everywhere in Bulgaria if there is mineral water involved the prices are doubling. The room was not clean enough, but acceptable. For the price you should at least expect a small compliment in the room, coffee or water, or whatever.

Great pools it's mineral water was literally healing delicious, food and spacious room. Cleaning every day, can get new towels for the spa multiple times per day, stunning view from the room

The room and bathroom were quite spacious.
The headboard of the bed was falling apart(you can check out the photos), the bathroom was dirty and smelly.
The restaurant was mediocre, the food we had was below what we expect from a “luxurious” hotel.
